this pledge to clean his "office" sounds like a kid reading an apology to his parents to get outa being grounded for not cleaning his room
Pledges and 10 year plans don't mean shit to him, just ask his Mom, Rambo, Patreon supporters, and his significant others. All Phil wants is ass pats in the form of money to feel better about losing the streak.

You guys are gonna love this *snort**snot gulp*, I'm going to start cleaning my pigsty weekly. This is going to contribute so much to the stream. Now give me money, dummies. Ack ack ack.

His cult is as exceptional as it gets. Imagine being in a relationship where you give the other person everything, and you get nothing in return, and you're expected to take it with your wallet out and a smile on your face.

(:_(

His "reward" to his followers is him existing.

Oh my god his wall is disgusting. Why didn't he fucking wipe it down after moving that piece of shit couch.

Wow! This is truly some exceptional shit Dave. God damn it lol. Wtf is happening to his hair? His left side is completely fucked

That's actually not entirely on him, especially since he's retarded. I don't know how it works in the states, but here in buttfuck Canada, if you are going through a bank to buy a house, you ain't getting the money until an inspector walks through the house when it is as accessible as possible (i.e. walls aren't covered, access ports are opened, crawl spaces, etc.). Banks don't like paying big money and then finding out the thing isn't worth nearly as much as they thought it was.
So either that mold wasn't there, or no inspector was involved.
I suppose there is an off chance that the seller just quickly painted over the mold to get the sale through, that's a thing that happens, too.

In the US, you typically get an inspector as well, but I don't know that their report means much aside from letting the buyer know about issues. It probably will affect your ability to purchase homeowners' insurance, which is what most banks require to buy a home (unless you put down more than like 20%), but that's about it.

Big ups to @Frogga for the correct prediction of the MASSIVE CHANGE that Phil made.
