Let’s break this down panel by panel.
1. Ok, fair enough. People do look different.
2. Yeah, some people look either more feminine or more masculine than usual, but barring some really rare cases you can make a good guess.
3. Maybe. If you cross dress or do drag as a man, you might be straight. But you’re still a fag.
4. I dunno, Labell. Maybe I’ve seen too much of this website, but the choice between ‘unfortunately ugly woman’ and ‘troon’ is not one most people want to dwell on.

wow, i expected bad and even so i am still surprised how awful Labelle looks irl.

There are some drama about how to spell onion "oignon"or "ognon"
It used to be written "oignon" but with the still unpopular 1990 spelling reform it became "ognon"
Billie wrote "ognon" because she only learnt it that way and the reform was popular outside of France
From Wikipedia, the reform became recommended in primary school in 2005 in Quebec and 2016 in France
