Well, assuming Ron is telling the truth, he also wanted $150,000. Vic had absolutely no reason to offer anything better, and still doesn't. The mediation was an absolute act of futility and did nothing but waste everyone's time and money. Chupp was desperately trying to cover his ass at the expense of the litigants. No matter who ultimately prevails, he inflicted an expensive and time-consuming trip to the appeals court on everyone involved because of his refusal to do his job.

He wont stop runing his mouth to show his "superior intellect"
Other lawyers might have thrown him off a bridge for his insane antics.
I also think this was the last big chance at being somebody for Lemon Fuher at Wick Philips too so that may be one reason no one has stopped Ron from digging all there graves.

Not sure. So far as I know the Texas ADR Act doesn't directly provide for any penalties for violating § 154.073(a). It's usually mentioned in contexts where some party either attempts improperly to introduce mediation statements into evidence or seeks testimony about them in depositions or at trial.

For some reason, there aren't many cases about when some retard violates confidentiality because he's a tweeting retard trying to dunk on someone on social media in ongoing litigation. Ron is a truly exceptional individual who does many things even other idiots have never done before.

Ron is the worst possible person to share anything secret or confidential with. Just like the confidential Funi investigation that Ron shouldn't have been privy to in the first place... Ron slips out info to make himself look better when it just makes him look more like an idiot. Of course, Ron doesn't do anything more than lie and try to deceive others... So, I can't take what he's saying about what was offered at mediation seriously.
