My thought process with all of that, is that he thinks he's setting up for the decision from the appeals court in order to drop everything at the same time as the decision.

It's not a bad tactic if he had started setting up all of this at the beginning of this month, or even near the middle or end of last month, rather than well over a year before now. Now, it just makes it look like he has nothing to those actually willing to listen to him, even if he does have something substantial.

Well thats the thing: as much as Creepy Ron and co like to posture that they "didn't need all of their evidence at TCPA" they absolutely would've shown the most damning things they could against Vic, and they did. From the jump, the strongest stuff they've had on Vic was at best repeated hearsay and at worst the ravings of an embittered ex and flat out lies. The worst of what they have on Vic was in the lawsuit, no doubt, because if they had anything worse than what we saw in the suit it would've been in. Monica has already gone off on other occasions about how "we'll never see the evidence because we don't deserve to" or some other bullshit like that.

That's why creepy Ron keeps bringing up the hearsay, the cheating and the (most importantly uncorroborated) stories of Jamie and Monica; he has absolutely nothing else, and they were hoping to the high heavens Vic would incriminate himself in that depo.

As if "post the section of your insurance policy that says getting sued for intentional torts is covered" and "give me every one of your asset statements" are even remotely the same thing.
What good does post-judgment discovery do? It's literally pointless and will inevitably make everyone look worse to varying degrees.
"In the past 10 years, give an itemized report of any expenses related to hiring a prostitute."

Lemonhead probably told him that post-judgement discovery would somehow get them the full fees, and thus destroy Vic.

For those more familiar with the law, could post-judgement discovery be TCPA'd? That would be a delicious little bit of irony

The best case outcome would be everything comes back for Ron and Monica and Wick Phillips drops them unless they pay up to date immediately as well as a large retainer for even continuing.
Followed up by a murder/suicide and very confused MEs wondering why Monica's corpse has a remote control jammed in [orifice].

The alleged assault didn't actually happen, though. Maybe she could manage to work up a little tiny bit of emotion if he actually died.

Or, as a backup plan, just eat something really spicy. It's not like she'd have to try to start crying on cue, like in the deposition. Simply having a general demeanor of sniffles and teary eyes would be sufficient.

Just show her a DVD box with Vic's name on it and hers not even though she was the STAR of that anime where she dubbed over some throwaway squeaky pedobait.

It's to get financial information to assist in collection, much like bankruptcy debtor examinations. No debt to collect, no discovery.

Does Ron think he will get everything if Vic has to pay or did he forget his lawyers will get a massive cut for their work and billing?

He also thinks if he frivolously engages in discovery that turns out completely unnecessary or unfounded, that he automatically gets paid that too and that for some reason his lawyers will be doing all this discovery abuse for free. He didn't learn a thing from the TCPA fees.

Would you expect anything less from an assblasted cuck?

Well, Ron just broke the law.
