A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Australia is massively cucked so this comes as no surprise, but the fact that we're already in the future where just critiquing troons is actually illegal is pretty scary.

Edit: maybe this is the strat, tho. Troons keep doing more and more outrageous shit to keep the grift alive because they know people hate them and they never want society to be comfortable with them. It's a bold strategy, but it pays well when it works.

Lol, TERF meets tranny.

So let me get this straight:
>TERF makes snarky comments online about army tranny marching in Womens Day parade
>Army tranny complains to Humans Rights Tribunal
>TERF shitposts on twitter about tranny complaining, gets banned from twitter
>As part of the ex curia mediation, TERF apologises on Facebook and pays army tranny $700*
>Replies are enabled, TERF "likes" offensive replies and does not delete them
>Tribunal decides TERF is shitstirring too much and fines her

Jesus, what drama.

*Now, I didn't go to any fancy big-city law school (or any for that matter) but I'm pretty sure in Australia the only damages that a court will award are material ones, mostly loss of future income due to physical injury, costs of accommodating injuries such as home/vehicle modifications or requiring someone to come in and clean your house once or twice a week etc. We don't allow anyone to sue for personal damages for hurt feelings - that would open the floodgates for ridiculous American-style lolsuits. So the $700 would have been a gesture, but where does the $10,000 come from?

You're assuming this follows actual rules when any Kiwi worth their salt should know damn well that Human Rights Tribunals are nothing but a bunch of extralegal star chambers used for going after wrongthinkers.

When was the last time Australia was in a shooting war? I'll put money on that guy never seeing combat. "Fought for your rights", my ass.

It really grates when non-combat vets try to use their "service" to shut down any criticism.
They have troops in Iraq at the moment, so it's believable.

Just saw this.

Caster Semenya lost her latest appeal to be allowed to defend her Olympic 800m title without taking testosterone-suppressing measures, the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland announced Tuesday.

“I am very disappointed by this ruling, but refuse to let World Athletics drug me or stop me from being who I am,” Semenya said in a press release. “Excluding female athletes or endangering our health solely because of our natural abilities puts World Athletics on the wrong side of history. I will continue to fight for the human rights of female athletes, both on the track and off the track, until we can all run free the way we were born. I know what is right and will do all I can to protect basic human rights, for young girls everywhere.”

On May 1, 2019, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) upheld a new World Athletics rule that caps athlete testosterone levels in women’s events from the 400m through the mile. Semenya had appealed to CAS hoping it would rescind the rule.

Semenya (and South Africa’s track and field federation) appealed the CAS decision to the Swiss court, which took more than one year to announce its decision. The Swiss court announced Tuesday that CAS had the right to uphold the rule “in order to guarantee fair competition for certain running disciplines in female athletics.”

The discussion around this really rustles my jimmies so please indulge me if you know all this already, I think I'm just repeating what you may have already heard.

Semenya's supporters rely on representing his situation dishonestly in order to drum up support from the under-informed. They say it's because regular people (not even transphobes) are just being misogynist or racist against Semenya for being chiseled or large. His supporters prefer, for the sake of optics, to pretend as though Semenya were in a 'female' body to begin with. This is only true from the perspective of the buffoons in South Africa who think lack of penis = woman.

Semenya experiences - like every other intersex person - a disorder that has a 'feminizing' impact his male (XY ) body that would have a completely different or nonexistent impact on a female body. Semenya has internal testes and... drumroll... impregnated his wife Violet Raseboya, who gave birth to his biological daughter.
No intersex condition will cause a female to produce sperm. The opposite is also true.
They rely so, so hard on making you think Semenya is just a kinda-male woman. Even if you don't understand that intersex conditions don't introduce 'spectrum' to sex, it's clear to the naked eye that Semenya is male. Not masculinized-female, not fifity-fifty, not more-female-than-male. Just male.

Every headline about this now pretends to be so worried for the future health of Semenya and future male intersex athletes who are "being forced" to medically reduce their testosterone in order to compete as women. As though the fear of the potential harms of testosterone-reducing treatments was a threat before when Kobe Bryant discovered he couldn't play in WNBA. Completely ridiculous.

Olympic guidelines on transgender athletes to come after 2020 Games

At least 3 transgender females could be among 11,000 athletes in Tokyo

This will absolutely be coming to a head in the future. If you open the door it might only be 3 currently, I think Hubbard was 'conveniently injured' after severe backlash from the community for robbing a native girl of a spot, but if you say XYZ is ok then you open the floodgates for lazy AGPs hungry for glory and validation- it'll be a literal McKinnoning. Heck, half of the Caster shit was because people watching immediately had a reaction of -that does not look like a woman- so you think you're just gonna sneak them in there and not have the normies have the same reaction. All those families whose daughters are being robbed of opportunity by men, they'll spill out of the woodwork en masse with all their sordid tales.

Rate me optimistic but we might finally see a proper cultural shift to quell the troon menace.

You can casually brush bathroom bills and the like stealthly but the Olympics are open spectacle and it will absolutely open the conversation of 'lmao they're men and they have BIOLOGICAL advantages, it's why women's sports were separated in the first place'

Frankly I want them to make a trans category for troons to compete in because it would be

the absolute meme-ry that could be made from that route would be fucking spectacular.
