That only buttresses the validity of my point. My personal appreciation for Nick as a human being doesn't obligate me to smoke a crack pipe and proclaim him a master litigator or legal analyst. He's definitely not that. In general, I agree with the sentiment expressed herein that he oversells himself on that front. So I am sorry to disappoint anybody who was hoping for an impassioned defense of him as a legal analyst. I appreciate people for their good qualities, but I'm not blind or intellectually dishonest to the not so good. I also came into all this with a NON Nick law background, that gives me a frame of reference to say some of the things I've said.

Irony being that my specific impressions of Nick's ability as an legal analyst, by being the least aloggy, and in light of the fact I do indeed consider him a friend, is probably the most damning.

Also, to make this at least somewhat topical, I'll say that I hope he's completely full of shit on the likelihood of Ralph going to prison for revenge porn. Fuck Ralph. And while we're at it, fuck pedo defender Masterson too.
