I can't think of a single example of rekietas predictions being right

Romeo Lacoste v. Daniel Keem played out more or less exactly as he said it would.

Although, to be fair, when your complaint basically says "Okay, I had sexually charged conversations with underage girls, buuuut...", that's probably a pretty safe and easy prediction.

You will not see me defending Nick's legal acumen. I like Nick for the same reason Josh does. He's fun to talk to, and shares common interests outside the law. That's all there is to it.

I worked with two law firms. Both of them had lawyers who are probably better litigators than Nick. Certainly they were more experienced. One graduated law school in '77. The other was, for a time, a Probate Judge. Their experience was also reflected in the fees that they could command.

The issue with them? They're boring AF. And SJWs. They would not be caught dead associating with KF, or discussing the cases that most interest KF. I also couldn't tell you if they were any good as lawyers when they were only three or so years into their practice. Nick can be angry at me for saying he's not a Law God, or he can appreciate the fact that I'm merely pointing out he doesn't have enough years under his belt to really be one, and that is subject to change with time and experience.

Ultimately, this is irrelevant to this topic. He ain't doing shit with Ralph. He's not giving Ralph legal advice. He literally can't be Ralph's lawyer. I'm befuddled why he keeps getting brought up in this thread. I think this should have been seen as pointless endeavor when Nick had Josh on his show and it didn't turn into a "Guntguard ambush" several people here autistically predicted it would. Nick doesn't owe Ralph shit. I could have told you that. You wanna talk about ham-fisted predictions?

There is far more to you and Nick's relationship. Not gonna bring it up here and derail the thread, and because it's pretty personal, but you know that is true.

I've a bit of experience with black powder guns and reproduction black powder muskets can be pretty costly but black powder revolvers are fairly cheap ($200s-$300s) especially compared to decent modern pistols. This, for example, would be a solid choice and non-felons can buy conversion cylinders that can easily be popped in to fire black powder, 'cowboy action' cartridges which is a lot easier than measuring powder (you can also buy pre-measured and shaped loads) , loading and pressing in the ball and putting percussion caps on. Cleaning is a pain but they are easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble.

The actual legality of felons possessing cap-and-ball revolvers varies from place to place in the US. Some states seem to allow it while others allow anyone to own to gun itself but consider possessing the gun with the implements to shoot it as the same as possessing a firearm. Anytime I've bought one there hasn't been any of the background checks you'd go through for purchasing a modern firearm and they can be easily mail-ordered.

But the gunt would be out of luck in Virginia. It seems they changed to law (link) a couple years ago to be a bit more permissive.

So it appears felons can possess them but only the non-violent sort.
And as pathetic as his charge is, provided he isn’t downplaying it, it is a violent offense. I mostly just wanted to segway into the last sentence.

I'm not sure if Godwinson is actually upset about PO grifting during the interview, but if they are, they are welcome to contact me to use my channel. No monetization at all, anywhere.
Pretty sure it's just Godwinson being Godwinson.

Semi-related but I can't figure out where PO's stream chat is.

I doubt it. They were memeing about Mr. Vickers’s ultimatum a few hours ago. That “I Thanos snapped your happy family” bit is probably one of the most absurd things I’ve heard in a while.
