I know you probably don't GAS what the answer is, but I am just too nice of a guy, and it might prove illuminating.

The answer is, objectively, Ty.

Reason being that there was an actual attorney-client relationship established (he owes a particular set of duties to his client) and the system places a great deal of emphasis on a lawyer's experience when assessing how culpable somebody is for a professional fuck up. For example, in many states, when discipline is metted out for professional misconduct, lack of experience is regarded as a "mitigating factor," and extensive experience is an "aggravating factor."

Which is not to say Ty committed actionable misconduct. Only that people will perceive he should have done better job given how long he has been an attorney. Same deal for Lacoste's attorney.

Back to Ralph... because this isn't the Nick Rekieta topic that you clearly already know about, but for some reason don't post your criticisms in...

For better or worse, society will judge Faith less harshly than Ralph in this affair. Not because she's a "strong independent wahman." Quite the contrary. It'll be because she's an 18 year old girl, and they are regarded (subconsciously, or otherwise) as stupid impressionable creatures. A bias which is not necessarily wrong. Especially in the instant case.

I think if this goes into a "normie court," Ralph would be on the back foot in most circumstances. He's fucking Ralph after all.

I'd be willing to be that Ralph and Faith's Discord DMs show Ralph revealing the depth of his ideological grift.

Also Gator i want to say this, i managed to find Ralphs mum earlier on maybe a week or two ago but i couldnt confirm it was his mum until Ralph just said it online. if you continue to stay with the Gunt he will release information about you and then i can track you down properly and dox your information. If you leave the Gunt you may get out of this unscathed, you maybe lucky, i have some ideas on where you are but nothing concrete as of yet. i do know you live in an apartment most likely in a rundown area where rent is cheap , you also recently had to install your own air conditioner unit. I could keep on going, if you leave the gunt i wont even bother with you anymore
