From what I've seen of Kengle, he takes on the interests of the lolcows he's trying to "collect". So if Chris is into MLP, well then Kengle is a brony.

It's probably more of a put-on than genuine interest on his part. If he started posting about anime shit in an attempt to cozy up to pixyteri, it doesn't make him a weeb. (Not in the beginning anyway. I wouldn't put it past him to start nerding out about it after the fact.)
