As crazy as this whole thing has been, this has been the first time I’ve been legitimately concerned as it relates to Faith’s safety. I don't think it's a suicide threat or anything, it's a line he's said before. "The only way the retort can be aborted is when I shuffle off this mortal coil" is one of those quotes he always throws out there when people are fucking with him; he's basically saying no one can beat him. What is interesting is his tone, he sounds weary and anxious, depressed even. Despite his moments of bluster I can see this is really getting to him.

It's dark to be sure, and the way he's refusing to let someone go he obviously doesn't have a real attachment to has been alarming. You can tell he doesn't love her, he just wants a baby and to feel better about himself.
What I don't get is why he couldn't just go do that with someone else, obviously her parents are tilted and weren't going to stop. The dad was willing to out her in a big way with a whole website and everything; if he'll do that to his own flesh and blood what the fuck is he going to do to a nobody he doesn't know from Adam?
