I think the whole PPP thing was just a symptom of the problem, and that is that Ralph's brain has finally sustained some damage from his alcohol abuse.

Not everything wrong with Ralph can be attributed to the bottle, but alcoholism exacerbates everything. If someone like Ralph struggles to cope with a few trolls, then being drunk 6 days of the week is only going to make it more difficult.

The appropriate charge would likely be California Penal Code Section 483.5 which prevents the sale or transport of deceptive identification documents. The chances of a charge like this being actually prosecuted against Dick Masterson is close to none (always possible though, maybe there's prosecutor Kiwi in Cali with a bone to pick with Dick Masterson). Anyone who's ever been to college knows fake IDs to go drinking are a dime a dozen, and it is rarely prosecuted offense. Given the fact that whatever happened occurred quite a while ago, the only evidence being texts, and the person who has that fake ID is currently in another state, I can't imagine the cops would care about this sort of thing.

While I do agree with you that Ralph has helped turn faith away from her family, I don't think he's 100% to blame for this. Faith has also turned herself away from her family. I think it's important to remember she's not at all innocent in all this. She's just as bad as Ralph is, even if her parents don't want to acknowledge this fact. Which, I mean, it's completely normal for parents to not want to admit their child is lying piece of shit that feels no remorse in causing so much turmoil within the family.

This is pretty spot on about drinking in the south. It also makes it plain just how much of a try hard Ralph is. Generally people who drink bourbon are the people that want to project the southern/country lifestyle, hell he probably drinks Michelob ultra too. His dumbass thinks he’s some kind of fat fucking Calvin Candie clone. Which makes me despise him even more. Actual southern folks type drinking tends to be cheap beer, “cawn licka” brandy and homemade wine or generally what ever is on hand to get you fucked up and ready to fight, fuck or ride around town looking for someone to fight or fuck. Personally I’d love to send this fat fuck some white lightning and watch him get sick as fuck.

Consequences of Being Caught with a Fake Id | Department of Public Safety | USC

This would be the lowest of charges, the simple possession. Depending on the prosecutor's discretion he can charge it as a misdemeanor or a felony. Dax and Faith would probably get the misdemeanors due to not already being felons on probation, Ralph would probably face felony charges. Now if there is evidence of Ralph and Dax conspiring to procure this ID for Faith, then they could be looking at also furnishing alcohol to a minor. Not sure if Contributing to the Delinquency applies, I dont think it would.

Mind you all of these offenses would require them to appear in California courts, I would imagine.

I should have stated in my post that I do not think that Faith is blameless, but I believe that if her only source of information for the situation with her parents is the one who now has complete control/agency over her life now then it could help explain her actions and the purpose of why the video was made.

Personally I think she's a piece of shit who made her loving family cry but now I think that any message that was to be delievered through the Gunt has been comprmised/ twisted to be in the Gunt's favour and to suggest that she does not want to return home. That the Gunt has truely decieved her into believing that she has been abandoned and disgraced by her parenets on twitter.
That her belonging and Identification were maliciously held back by her parents.
That her parents have publicly written her off as a basket case beyond any help.
It's the only reason why these things were included in the script for her video as anyone who would watch the video would be able to see for themselves that this was not the case.

Faith may be a piece of shit but Ralph has likely made her into a worse one. Hell the only forms of commuciations before the video she had since going to hospital were all delievered through Ralph.

Now lets ask the question, if she were to have second thoughts want to reconcile with her parents would the Gunt ever allow this to happen and to take such a public loss to the A-logs?
