Muslim protag Amy is in a heavily Muslim, poor African community in a housing estate. Emphasis on community, everyone does something for each other there.
[*]Amy first sees the "Cuties" dancing/statue stop in school, all scantily clad with attire that grown women would be embarrassed to be seen in.
[*]She then sees them practicing under the bridge, they all throw rocks at her, one of them hit her. They continue to be very unprogressive and make fun of her/bully her
[*]There is a scene where the 4 french girls force the Amy to go in and film a boy peeing in the bathroom
[*]One of the girls lives where she does, makes friends with her
[*]Scene of two underage girls watching a youtube video of women twerking, video ends with one of them flashing the camera - girl goes "let's" rehearse this.
[*]They get the muslim girl to wear a crop top and remove her jacket so we can see her stomach because "she looks cool"
[*]They have a scene where Amy meets the "Cuties" and record them dancing to put online, it's the above dance minus the tit flash. Afterwards one of them makes fun of protag for having a "flat ass"
[*]Amy has a scene where she stares at a woman with a fat ass, this transitions to a scene of her watching a proper twerking music video - everyone in stripper clothing/lingere' all with fat asses and tattoos
[*]You then have a scene where these girls are approached by teenagers who go "how old are you", Amy tells the truth - 11, the others do the bullshit of "no we are 14-16" and asking for their cell number while the teenagers go "they're little girls, let's go".
[*]They have one of the 11 year olds pick up a condom that is lying on the ground in a park (obviously used) and blow into it to make a balloon and then stuff it into her shirt to make it seem like she has tits- You might catch cancer or AIDS say the rest and immediately start bullying this kid.
[*]They have the 5 of them go onto some webcam/omegle chat and look at this guy and chat with a young guy (their camera is off). They write "I have big boobs, do you want to touch them" in response to a question. Camera goes on, he freaks the fuck out that he's been sex chatting underaged children. The one who appeared on camera becomes upset
[*]The girls get into a catfight in the school yard over one of them being exposed on camera. The fat girl gets kicked off their group, allowing the Amy (who is practicing the moves at home) to join and prepare for a dance competition (I think? I'm just disgusted at this point so I haven't really been paying too much attention)
[*]Oh yeah, forgot. back at home Amy's devout African muslim mother has found out her husband has gotten married to a 2nd wife (as permitted under Islamic law) and doesn't take it well. At this point of the story she/this grandmother figure decides to "make Amy a woman" by making her help with cooking for a large feast which coincides with the audition. Basically do everything herself - cut a shit load of onions, prep chilli etc.
[*]Amy goes to get changed, sees her mother's old dress with a pool of blood beneath it - either beaten herself or been beaten by someone, i'm not too sure. Amy ditches to go to the audition, they did it without her.
[*]Goes home and gets bollocked, then have the camera do a frontal panning with her having a period and blood staining her jeans. Elder figure tells her that she's a woman and soon she's going to probably going to be married.
[*]Meets the "Cuties" at school again, they bitch her out, she cries, they then decide to go sneak into a laser tag place without paying. The guards catch them, they then try to leave. Guards stop them and plan to call the cops, they try the #metoo tactic, then say their dancers - Amy does some twerking...FLM this is bad. Either creeped out or not bothered, they let them leave
[*]We then have them dancing on the stairs wearing crop tops and very short jean shorts - there are some very uncomfortable shots of them lifting their legs up and the camera focused in their crotches. Amy turns up with a new "style" to school (an excuse to put her in skimpy outfits - this is at the 2/3rd mark)
[*]Amy gets into another fight with some older kids from another dance group after one of them threw a can at the group. Apparently the director thought it was necessary to have Amy's pants pulled down during the fight, exposing her underwear (reminder, these girls are meant to be 11) and the teenagers taking photos of her underpants. Rest of the gang bail her out.
[*]Amy steals her mother's money (that's being saved up iirc) and you get the "everyone is shopping" picture from the posters. She brings her little bro along and he gets a toy.
[*]Mother asks where the fuck her son got a toy when they are poor. Mother collapses at dinner time, her son comes to help her, Amy (having adopted the mannerisms of the "Cuties") continues to eat. Amy gets into a call with her friend from the "Cuties" and they moan about how everyone thinks they are kids from the underpants video on line.
[*]Also turns out Amy's phone was someone elses from the African community, he tries to get it back, she hides in the bathroom, strips down (underpants and all) and TAKES A PICTURE OF HER VAGINA BEFORE PUTTING IT ONLINE AND MAKING IT PUBLIC!!!!!!
[*]Now at school, Amy gets the reputation of being a slut for posting nude pictures online at age 11. This gets into a fight in class with a boy which ends up with Amy STABBING HIS HAND WITH A PEN!!!
[*]We now get the (very justified) scene of the African mother beating her for stealing money, posting nude pictures online and making her lose a shitload of face in her community. Has her being drenched wet with water to "cleanse her sins" (while she wears a tanktop) and still doing her "twerk/boobshake dance"...I remind everyone, SHE'S 11!
[*]Even the Cuties don't want anything to do with her - she went too far with the nude pictures, they want nothing to do with her. Holy man comes to her home after they witnessed her do this dance while being cleansed- "there is no devil/evil spirit in her". She meets with the friend in the Cuties that tells her to give it up, don't dance with us.
[*]Amy returns home one day, papa is back and he's brought his newlywed wife with him, house in filled with congratulatory gifts from the community. Upon seeing the newlywed all in white, Amy runs from the wedding, finds her scantily clad cuties outfit and ambushes a girl - pushing her into a river (IDK which girl it is, maybe the one who took a picture of her underpants?), she struggles to swim, but makes it to a bouy.
[*]She meets up with the Cuties as they prepare to do a dance routine on stage for the competition. They let her in, it's another hypersexualised dance. During the dance, Amy notices an African mother and her young daughter appear shocked at the dance they are doing (not sure if part of the same community she's part of) and confetti falls at one point, Amy breaks down and runs off stage. She runs back to her community building.
[*]Elder woman calls her a whore for how she's dressed, Amy's mother comes to her defence. Amy begs her mother not to go to her father's wedding to his 2nd wife. Mother tells Amy she does not have to go. She changes into more normal clothes and goes anyways - sees the African community dancing in a fun, but non slutty way. Film ends with her joining a bunch of African girls jump roping with a smile.
