I don't think he'll get prosecuted for revenge porn. As Rackets pointed out here even if Faith wanted to prosecute there's an issue as to whether the law even applies. The law makes it illegal to post porn to 'intimidate or harass' someone. Ralph posted the sex tape to intimidate or harass @Ahalfwaycrook, not Faith and it's unclear if that's something the law covers.

It depends on the handling of it and their response time, id wager they are going through this with their attorney present or at the very least in contact. Vickers may well be bluffing on the fairly plausible rationale that if you put a bit of pressure on Ralph he'll get drunk, fuck up, break the law in some way during the fuck up and you can get him locked up for that.
