U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

I have known three or possibly four 160+ IQ individuals in my life. When conversing with someone, it is usually easy to tell if the person you are talking with is one standard deviation (15 pts) off from your IQ. If you continually talk over someone's head, you likely have at least 15 pts higher IQ than them. If someone continually talks over your head, then they likely have 15 pts or higher IQ score than you. From my experiences with those 160+ IQ individuals, everything I said to them they would absorb effortlessly without being bored, and everything they said I would have to concentrate strongly to keep up with. My IQ score as 145.

I too coasted through HS with little effort despite being in advanced/honors classes and received A's. I attended a great technical university (back in the early 90s as affirmative action was beginning to ramp up in earnest) for engineering and was caught a bit flat-footed sometimes as it required real efforts to get through (and the beer didn't help). After a few detours and gaining a bit of maturity, I completed my engineering degree and have been working the trade for 25 years. You typically need an IQ in the 120-130 range to be successful as an engineer or doctor. Being a standard deviation above that range, I can tell you that I run circles around my peers. So, for a 160+ IQ, being a doctor, lawyer, or engineer may be beneath your intellect. In hindsight, I should have strove to be a mathematician, physicist, or research scientist to better exploit my natural talents.

As a father with a high IQ wife with a bunch of smart kids, I can tell you that although the public education system makes some efforts to keep smarter kids engaged and challenged, they are certainly falling short. Comparing my experiences as a kid with those I see with my own kids, schools providing sufficient attention to high IQ kids has diminished a bit. My wife and I challenge our kids with physical and intellectual activities to keep them engaged. I agree with you that the mid-wits in charge of the education systems don't really know how to best cultivate geniuses. The nice thing about being a genius today, is that you do not have to depend on anyone in particular to gain knowledge and skills? I recently took on carpentry as a hobby.

Despite living in 98%-white semi-rural conservative county in the deep south, leftest propaganda does occasionally come home with my kids from school. My wife and I are quick to rectify our children's understanding and attitudes, and to keep our beliefs secret, as people are recording everything these days.

If you are fortunate to having been born with a 160+ IQ (as your stated percentile would indicate), then you have the gifts to accomplish virtually anything you heart desires. I have heard it said "Geniuses make their own rules." If you are a bored and unenthusiastic genius, then take-up a challenge and excel at it. Wrap a runway-model girlfriend around your finger (I knew a genius who did that), built a web site, invent something, start a genius "mad scientist" group, or do it all simultaneously. Slipping into a hell of degeneracy, likely so you can relate more easily with others, is easy to do--I've been there and done that. Pick a goal, or a dozen, and complete them. Pat yourself on the back or reward yourself with each completed goal. Then, in a few years look back on history that is now, and evaluate which is the better life to live. Do this, and I'll think you will want to thank me later.
I'd like to ask you what if you can imagine doing those things and get off by that alone? Why bother doing carpentry when you can imagine yourself doing carpentry work? What's the IQ of a person who can imagine doing shit for fun in relation to the IQ of a person who does shit out of boredom?

I think I'm just gonna drop out at this point, I am done. I am in a very leftist field, incredibly more so than most. I am one too, I am just not a moral relativist, I have a few steadfast absolute principles I will never back down from, nor consider something that goes against them slightly less a "lesser" evil. Nothing and noone is above criticism. I'm politically homeless, always have been. Gonna delete fb, tune out entirely. A parent has shown themselves the door at this point, and knows nothing of my actual beliefs, just responds to me pointing out how flawed and hypocritical the Dems are in bad faith arguments, baseless accusations and goal post moving. I've completely compartmentalized it at this point, and for the last time. Establishment dems and repubs were two sides of the coin, and they're all playing the only game in town... But Trump is bitcoin, completely unpredictable, and a tacit threat to the system as a whole.

At least he's started no new wars. FUCK Obama.

Welcome to the club.

One thing that gives me a tiny bit of hope in all this is how different the comments on twitter are about the rioters. Back in June there was SO much ass-kissing, begging the BLM to notice and approve of them. Now? Lots of truth.

Sentiment on both the riots and Wuflu have changed massively. Was talking with people IRL today and it is clear that people are fed up with the bullshit.

National Guard supposed to be on standby in Minnesota. Hopefully they do more than stand by if something starts up.

I read multiple tweets claiming this as well. Supposedly they are on stand by for the rest of the year.

Knowing it's National Guard, this could result in another trap being set.
Kate Brown and Wheeler would drop dead before even thinking of calling Trump for help (sending in the NG).
The only way some of these people will accept Trump is if he invokes the Insurrection act.

Then it must be true.

This was a story from Northwest Georgia last night. (lets see how well a facebook video will embedd?

Apparently the Cop is ok. Saved by his vest. Remember these clueless Fucknuts want to replace Highway Cops with Social Workers doing traffic stops. This was a reported stolen trailer was spotted and pulled over on the highway. As the Officer approached the driver just casually raised his hand holding a pistol and fired. Near point blank into center mass. Taking out among other things the Body Cam Camera.

If anyone knows how to strip video off Facebook and Archive it, please do.

There was another one of these in Norcross Gieorgia last night. A Domestic Disturbance at a local Motel. Resulted in one Officer shot, and K-9 Officer "Blue" shot and killed. Shooter was a young'ish black woman. Police are looking for her and 2 friends.

Edit: and it looks like they got the shooter from the Video

They shot a dog? And attempted to kill a cop in cold blood? And they had explosives? What were they for? Find em and fry em.

I've come to learn that when Snopes or Politifact actually address an issue, it's politically motivated and--while I don't advocate being a tinfoil hat wearer--maybe you should be skeptical, and look into the allegations that made them feel the need to "address" and fact check.

It's disturbing to me what they'll go after vs what they don't go after.

This was a real article displayed over (read: censorship) any post approving of Kyle Rittenhouse's actions, which was displayed on facebook and verified as an "official fact check"

youtube-dl works.
But for some reason the file won't upload and I'm not going to figure out why. If it disappears PM me and I'll share it. Otherwise just dl it using youtube-dl

Are you saying that social media is using the election season to justify blatant censorship and agenda pushing in the name of avoiding the spread of misinformation, especially that by foreign actors? Say it ain't so.

While logic would dictate that the four cops are getting off because of overwhelming evidence it likely wont happen. The Judge in question is a Democrat faithful and worked for Klobuchar at one point as this Newsweek article points out Article | Archive. Its entirely within the Judge's purview to reject evidence and this happens quite often in politicized cases like this. A best case scenario is that the other three get cut loose and Chauvin alone has to proceed to trial. They're NOT letting him get away, they brought the IRS in specifically to nail him as a backup plan, normally the IRS would just send you a notice telling you that your filings were errorenous and that you need to pay more and to contact them to organize a payment scheme because at the end of the day they just want their money. That they went for charges shows it was politically driven.

Politifacts is honestly worse than Snopes at this point. Snopes will normally at least avoid shit that people are obviously going to call them on.

The most blatant thing I've seen from Politifacts was where Bernie Sanders, and Ron Paul both said "there was no federal income tax prior to 1913." They rated Ron Paul's comment as "pants on fire," but Bernie Sander's comment as "mostly true." In reality, it's almost completely true. Prior to 1913 the federal government couldn't even legally issue a federal income tax as a revenue source. There was only a 1% income tax, on the top 1% of earners and this was done only as an anti-monopoly measure.

I'm gonna have to look all this over... I have been writing an article about how disingenuous Snopes is, haven't looked into Politifact because of how shitty the little I have seen from them was, and how heavily relied upon Snopes is because their screeds are longer and their supporters don't read them, and do not have the ability to recognize lies or their own cognitive dissonance. Want to redpill "woke" friends? Got to the "mostly false" claims about MLK. MOSTLY true.

Sunrisers? Probably these shits.

Those bastards. They use seriously shaky cult tactics like getting kids to cut out their families and they were busted grooming under 18s with no parental consent.

Also worth noting that they are backed by The Momentum Group who were behind the group wankfest over Jeremy Corbyn becoming leader of the UK Labour party. Completely ran it into the ground and Labour have been fundamentally unelectable for the last ten years, being so reprehensible to most that the center liberal party, the Liberal Democrats formed a coalition Government with the Conservatives rather than Labour even though politically speaking Labour were a better fit for the LDs.

There's something seriously fucking sketchy, off and shady about the Momentum Group and I'd love to know where their money comes from.

My favorite fake-out from Snopes right now is the one about the Jacob Blake sexual assault. They basically say, "He had a warrant for sexually assaulting a woman, not actually a child--FALSE!"

Catching up on all of this shit, and now I can't help but be even more furious at the straight-up propaganda bullshit the NFL was doing earlier tonight.

Patrick Mahomes: "It's great that thousands of people have come together in peaceful protests."

FUCK. YOU.
All his comments do is demean the actual peaceful protesters that showed up early on, only to be driven out by the commies and rioters.
