A second felony on his record could potentially cause a more severe punishment to be metted out, even if he completed the first sentence before the second were assessed. A Judge might look at his past transgression and figure he needs to be slapped even harder.

I don't know if he's still on probation. I've heard conflicting stories on that. Certainly he'd be in even deeper shit if he gets popped again and he still is.

Basically, Ralph, if he had any sense, wouldn't be a stupid dumbass anymore. But he's Ralph. Vickers or no, the dumb fuck will probably end up back in prison eventually.

Fair enough. I admit to not paying much attention to anything related to this because of the kayfabe shit and, admittedly, it being blown out of proportion just to go at Ralph. It loses some appeal over time, even for someone who hates Ralph like I do.

Oddly, both California and Virginia have age of consent as 18, a rarity I believe for most states in the Union (only 13 states have an age of consent of 18). I operated under the premise that both states would have lower ages because...well, it's not like either one of them is strictly conservative in nature, is it? That being said, I operated under that premise and was wrong. With that being said it would still be federal as you traveled across state lines to have sex with someone who was a minor by federal standards.

Shit like this, and the attendant claims of "guntguarding" that can often result, can be potentially avoided through either relevant empirical knowledge, or pretty basic research. I grew up in California, live in Arizona, and checked Virginia. All three places are 18.

When you actually research the topic you're talking about, it can avoid certain embarrassments and potential accusations of impropriety. Like... I dunno, for example... saying a potential victim's face isn't seen in a certain video, even though it is. Ya get what I'm saying?
