Like her being a child would only make the claim slightly worse, it’s not like people would say “oh he just raped an adult woman, it’s no big deal now.” I think people generally despise any sort of rapist, and child rapists just happen to be a nastier variant. Only a slightly higher percentage of people would favor executing a convicted child rapist over a regular rapist.
The whole "gender reveal party gone wrong" thing was suspicious at best but everyone has lost their fucking minds so of course it was believed. Ultimately, let people celebrate their child with some close friends. Gender reveals can be cringe but they're ultimately a celebration of what is to come. Though we can't have a celebration of a child because biological sex doesn't matter now and people against these things all say shit like "congrats on having sex I guess" and "it's real creepy that you are focusing all this effort on your baby's genitals, disgusting".
