Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Plus FDR actually promised something important that people wanted, to fix the economy which showed no signs of improving under Hoover. He talked about a New Deal, which was presented as a vague plan at the time, but then executed his first 100 days which turned out to be one of the most active administration in history. By closing the banks for the first few days and opening them back up, he started the battle to start pulling Americans out of the Great Depression.

Before LBJ, he was the guns and butter president. Butter for fixing the economy and guns for leading the nation in World War II.

That's the thing, though. There's no way Biden can be a guns and butter president. He can look like it all he wants, but the reality is that even with this pandemic, unemployment [and possibly poverty] poverty is half what it was back in April. Nevermind Trump's peace deals with North/South Korea and the Israel-UAE.

And it's a chance to avoid the long-term dilemmas that ultimately came from the New Deal long after FDR died.

This wasn't CNN backstabbing the democrats. It was just a fairly normal interview on a candidate's record, which was still kinda softballing it. It just so happens that Biden is so unable to respond to critical talking points that even CNN couldn't hide how dumb he looked. That's kind of what happens when you set up your entire nomination process and media spin and campaign staff such that everyone from the water boy to the director of PR is a yes man.

I'll be transparent with you, I found the image on 4chan. I have done image searches to try and trace the origin of the image and have found 0 results. It is a unique image that the original poster probably screenshotted.

Background research shows that "Stop Republicans" is a Super-PAC funded entity that funnels(?) money from donors to local Democratic races of the donator. It's possibly shopped, but its also possible that the anon who obtained this is from Texas signed up for the email updates to observe what the Democrats are doing locally, similar to Null and the Brianna Wu campaign.

Superpacs often have some really ing dumb emails, there's studies that show a panicky "we're losing bad" email gets more donations than a "join us in the winner's circle" but never have I seen it that bad.

(The funniest are the "we have to report donations to the FEC soon, and if our numbers aren't BIG the poopoo heads will make fun of us!" ones)

I'm probably sperging but AFAIK the /pol/ thing to do would be not touching this photo, post it from an antifa / sassy poc womyn twitter shell while salting over how Biden was historically a fascist (not commie, bring up whatever past thing), and him trying to woo alt right fans with dog whistle gestures is NOT ok, then bring up the Richard Spencer Biden endorsement, whatever.

Maybe add some larp drama about how you're literally fighting for your black life/body or whatever while white "allies" fight for a blue nazi. The exact phrasing needs to be set up to kind of poison the well so anyone who disagrees immediately comes off as a fake ally or gaslighting you or whatever.

Basically the idea (how the ok hand sign thing caught on) is to get a few very prolific, unhinged, hostile and brown lefties/antifa to bite, then the others follow along so they don't get cancelled despite knowing better and it spreads from there, to the low level blog "press" and so on until it collides with the actual DNC shills and causes some infighting.
