What's clear to me is that he leaked the video (his ownership of the Punished Ralph account has been all but confirmed), and that it is absolutely her in the video.
Nothing in Nick's video makes me think Ralph is in the clear.
Nick's first point as to whether it's her is stupid. Nick's wounded response about KF being "insufficient for criminal prosecutions" is childish. Twelve random dumbasses would determine if it's her, and said dozen dumbasses could easily reach the same conclusion as everyone here has. Many of us are subject to jury duty. We're perfectly suited to fulfill the role of random dumbasses. Because it is a FACT question, as opposed to a LAW question, his J.D. gives him no special insight on this. He's assmad because people here took the time to more thoroughly examine the video than he did. Which is silly.
His second point about release permission is indeterminable at this time, AFAIK.
His third point as to intent isn't very impressive, since... again... fact question. I think a lot of people would conclude, as we do, Ralph intended to fuck with the ex.
I will make clear I don't think it's a slam dunk for the state either. Given how nascent revenge porn laws are. There are some genuinely novel legal questions here. He is right about that.
Outside the legal aspects, I am convinced Ralph is a fat fucking piece of shit. But that should go without saying.
