First I'm hearing of it. The Enlightenment is percieved as being the birth of science and the rejection of superstition which includes religion.

I believe what you're saying though, it's kinda the same with the pre-enlightenment time period being called the Dark Ages. The origin of the term was by a catholic decrying the lack of christian, and specifically catholic presence in Europe during the aftermath of the fall of Rome.

Islam will take over Western Europe because of this stuff getting worse. More and more people will begin to see it as a solution, why do you think you hear about so many wignats converting to Islam? Why do you think liberals try so hard to subvert the Islamic narrative?

When you have 11 year-old girls taking pictures of their vaginas and experimenting with cam-whoring, it's safe to say that we've launched so far over the line that we'd need a telescope just to be able to see it anymore.

I am not a prudish person by any stretch of the imagination, but some of those clips made me want to grab the nearest Westboro Baptist Church sign and start screaming about Sodom and Gomorrah. There was no rational reason to make this and even if you try to take the incredibly flimsy excuses that I've seen some people take, the fact remains that actual children were subjected to these situations in order to make this movie.

If I took an actual child and told them to run around in skin-tight shorts and a tube top, twerking it up for the camera and groping all over themselves in an overtly sexual manner before I dragged them inside and told them to pretend to take pictures of their vagina and pretend to be a cam-whore, would I be lauded for "telling a powerful and exploratory narrative of the developmental ages of a young woman" or would I get the living shit kicked out of me for being a pedophile?

It's harder to subvert Islam as the Koran is solid in its wording. And the main source of teachings are in the Middle East. And Arabs to their credit in this case, are a bunch of arrogant assholes who hate niggers and mud people.

This is a common misunderstanding of the dynamic between liberals and Islam. Liberals only embrace 'Islam' to the extent that it's nothing more than an aesthetic, if they 'defend' Islam they do so by claiming that core Islamic values are just 'misinterpreted' and 'extreme'. If liberals loved Islam so much they would be Muslim right? There's now a very strong pushback against them among Muslims because of the stuff they keep pulling:

This has been a series of goalpost moves by obviously ill intentioned liars who are taking their marching orders from other people. They knew they'd have to change their arguments as this went along. They knew people might accept the "bad marketing" excuse. It was at least plausible before a lot of people had seen the actual movie. All I can say is it doesn't seem worth watching and I'm glad I canceled Netflix for other reasons years ago. Either "it's to criticize sexualizing children you shitlord" reasoning is bullshit, or the director is so incompetent as to be completely unable to get across a message and mongled 650 children just for one role in this shitshow.

Welcome to the kind of shit that will be winning Best Picture Oscars under the new regime. Apparently it has a very diverse cast so it is a very great movie. You think they'll have the audacity to try it this year with this very movie?
