what the fuck

As a completely random aside, the ultra short, bend-over-and-you-see-ass miniskirts on schoolgirls was never an aesthetic I really liked.
Skirts are also typically knee length in actual high schools. The mini skirt thing raises eyebrows (or at least it used to) when seen IRL.

Viz/Bang Zoom you got some explaining to do. I would've prefered Narancia being voiced by a girl
Netflix Shinji, everyone.

Noel Kirkpatrick of TV Guide praised Mongillo's portrayal of Shinji, saying they excelled at switching "between sarcasm and sadness, delight and detachment", and that they did "a better job of capturing Shinji's pre-teen voice" than Spencer. Aja Romano of Vox wrote that it was laudable that Netflix cast a non-binary actor to play Shinji. Carol Grant, in an opinion piece for Vice, wrote that Shinji being played by a trans actor made the series feel more queer, saying that "Mongillo's delivery captures the delicate interplay between the masculine and feminine aspects of Shinji's voice and personality, bringing his bodily and gendered anxieties to life".

I may have died a little inside after seeing that.

How the bloody fuck. . . What? Shinji was a severely neglected as a child and then at 14/15 years old was expected to be this badass hero. NGE was made to make fun of mech anime. It was satire. The only anxiety Shinji had was from teenage angst[normal] and not being hugged enough as a kid. And daddy issues.

How does removing the original cast and having a troon voice a character "makes a series feel more queer". It's a voice. It took me 15 years to learn Vic Mignogna's name because I (like most people) don't give a flying rats behind about the "individual behind the mic". No one cares if you're a complete faggot behind closed doors or if you want to mutilate your body because at the end of the day, you are a voice in a cartoon from another country that still to this day has a very particular audience.

I haven't seen him made any tweets defending Vic and it looks like the whole thing made him dislike Monica more.

Upset Vic stans? Why be upset?

Here's a link to the first episode. English subs, no Monica and more importantly, no paying Funimation.

Every fucking time I see this tranny shit, I realise that these people are so far up their own asses that even the most patriotic lalalanders with screws so loose that they could fall out at any moment would tell them to get a reality check.
