I've literally never heard about a sewage zoning problem on the tranch and I've read every page of this thread. So if this is the work of a poop-toucher, I doubt it's someone from here. In fact, I'd bet money that the "bigots" giving him grief about zoning violations are actually just normal county employees doing their jobs.

So basically tranny Rajneeshpuram?

Does everyone here live in cities with no rural experience? They are a ranch in the middle of nowhere. There’s not apublic sewer system. They’d have wel water and a septic tank.
They probably don’t have a large enough septic tank for the number of people there and they’re not allowed to put in a new one unless they owned more land.

So, they could be risking contaminating the groundwater in the area.
Living to a stone's throw from the DeWeese Reservoir makes that a serious issue.

This is getting better and better, at least for us, the spectators.
At least if this is the case.

I only pop in this thread rarely because he disgusts me so but how rural are we talking here? I mean it looks like a shit-hole, from the chicken coop photo alone, but places can look like bum-fuck nowhere yet have the option, for a fee, to connect to the main lines for 'water'. Being out in the middle of nowhere doesn't mean there's no connection. If people have been moving in and there's newer homes in the area it's possible the line is there but not directly connected to that property. It'd be a CONSIDERABLE expense to install of course especially for the sewer and plumbing.

How old is the ranch house? has someone lived there before that installed a septic tank?

I doubt anyone on the farms need to lift a finger if they have any neighbors because they'll happily report everything that can find / see if they want you gone and I doubt Failing Troontopia is popular with the locals.

They don’t even have electricity available to their house. They have no public services there. They are in the middle of a valley in the middle of nowhere.

That's interesting. What information do we have about the infrastructure of that place? They clearly have electricity and despite Kev's terrible hygiene they do have running water of some kind. The animals do need water as well, and their environments need to be lit and possibly heated during winter. Just where's all that coming from?

Forgot to mention before, with the revelation that his Amazon account is under the name Kevin M. Gibes, I believe the middle initial should be added to the thread title?

How do you not remember the electrical grounding saga?

They have solar panels and have posted at least two GoFundMes for new batteries for the panels and diesel generators to tide them over while they got the solar panels in order. They also have a wind farm, but either the solar panels or the wind farm aren't grounded and are prone to being routinely struck by lightning and frying their entire power board. As far as I can remember, the wind farm is still completely non functional, whilst the solar panels sort of work but are in desperate need of an overhaul.

I don't recall them ever mentioning anything about the septic system.

That's because they took the neighbours' mentions of it as transphobic insults.

"-HOWDY NEIGBOUR, I DON'T THINK YER SEPTIC SYSTEM CAN HANDLE THAT MANY PEOPLE
-Don't, don't listen to them Penny, those nazi chud boomers just want to rile us up, I know it!"

This thread moves fast and I can only read so many pages back before my brain starts leaking out of my ears.

Oh, wow. So, besides everything it's all one huge fire hazard. Even more so if the septic system starts building up flammable gasses.

This just keeps getting better and better.

That's fair. I've changed my mind about splitting this thread into one for Kevin and one for the ranch. This thread really does move too fast and it's difficult to find information on the ranch specifically. Anything that can be done to slow it down a little and segregate the IRL ranch, Bonnie and Penny content from Kevin and his online world might be worth it.

FWIW I've been in favour of keeping one thread, but I suspect I follow far fewer threads than most folx. Splitting seems to make sense now that the Chronicles of Tranch seem to be moving into Act II and more content from the rest of the gang comes to light.

If nothing else, I think the Tranch deserves its own OP-like writeup. It's a fascinating dumpster fire in the making.

Imagine the smell.
Can't be worse than the amhole. Which is not saying much.

Well, time to start a 'Trans ranch goes down in flames and various troons there have been arrested for animal cruelty' pool.
But is it really cruelty if those sexy seductive alpacas and dogs really want the gorl-D?

All horrifying jokes aside, this could pose an interesting legal question: who gets charged? IIRC they do have their Tenacious Troonicorn LLC, but how is that connected to Tran Ranch? Are they connected at all?
What is Troonacious Loonycorn LLC doing anyway? Pennywise or Troon Bonne stated in that podcast some workers have their own side work arrangements, but are they doing this as private citizens or is Loony Troonicorn acting as some kind of employment agency?

Allegedly all business spending comes from a central business account, but is it a legitimate, official business account, or did one of them just open a second private account and designated it as a business account?

Oh well. Troon Waco inches closer every day.

There's a lot more to business banking than that. You get into the whole incorporated vs. sole proprietorship. A business doesn't NEED to have a business banking account and in some cases it can actually be a hindrance because banks assume a business = profitable and tack on all kinds of ridiculous fees. As long as your accounting is meticulous sometimes it's fine to just have a standard bank account, especially if you aren't moving massive sums of money on the regular- like a small business starting out. I doubt their accounting is up to par with what would be required. This is just banking too there's bound to be zoning laws and various other laws / expectations to take into account when you have a large group living and working on a particular plot of land as well as raising farm animals. It's one thing to have backyard chickens where you only have a few and sell a bit of the excess during their very productive months, it's completely another to have an entire flock and possibly be relying on them for sell-able product in the form of eggs. Hobby vs. Farming opens you up to a whole other can of worms.

Mind you have multiple people on an account is a big no-no, whoever owns the property and does most of the managing of various aspects of the farm should be the one who keeps tabs on the cash. If other people need to use the money you do a transfer, allowing free reign access will eventually cause issues. As a business you NEED a good accountant too. Every single penny you spend needs to be accounted for, every receipt kept, in order to make sure you are maximizing your profitability and expenditures.

The IRS might catch them before anything else considering it seems like they're stumbling around in the dark with grand ideas but poor execution.

Farms are like zoos, when they go bad they go bad. I would imagine if cruelty charges were brought up in an extreme case it'd be against anyone on the property.

Should probably be a bankruptcy pool too, frankly, because I don't see how they'll keep their heads above water the way they're going.

IIRC Pennywise is the land owner, Troon Bonne handles finances, and Jay (Quillin?) is the farming guy. I might give another listen to the podcast.
Considering Troon Bonne seems to handle a lot of things, and doesn't seem to handle any of them particularly well, I doubt he has ample time or expertise to do a proper job of accounting.
I also wonder if that "everyone" includes frivolous purchaser Kevin "Kevie" "KevKev" "Shredded Crotch" Gibes. If so, good luck explaining all those receipts to the IRS.

Easy. By posting a new campaign on GFM every two months.
