If anything, he should thank his wife for her refusal to tolerate his behavior and do what she says. I’m still catching up on this thread but I just can’t let this go. So often when an AGP goes “teehee I finally got a chance to wear girl clothes!! Ps don’t tell my sister/ mom/ cousin/ daughter/ whatever that I wore her clothes teehee!” I get so violently disgusted and feel like the women in his life are unknowingly participating in his sick fetish. It makes me feel like they’re being violated in some way. The fact that these girls are often relatives of the creature cooming in their clothes disgusts me. It makes me wonder what else the AGP is up to surrounding the women in their family. And it’s nothing good. It also pisses me off. Like cross dress all you want but this is a step more degenerate than that. And I don’t see any troons calling it out.

There is a guy I used to have a crush on, who was sorta the dude who got queer theory into the city I lived in back then. He would always try to get the young punks at the squat into bed, like, "How do you know if you haven't tried it" and so on. Back then, he was still young, like early 20's, so I didn't really think anything of him going for the 16-year olds until a friend told me they called him the paedo behind his back. I was ready to get mad about it, but then remembered he has since hooked up with a young-ish(?) transman. In other words, he now has his hairless pedo-body to fuck. It makes a lot of his shit seem pretty sinister, tbh, and I am in no way equipped to deal with it. Luckily, he's far away.

It baffles me how they even think this is an argument, if sex =/= gender. In fact, I cannot imagine people still think transsexualism is an actual biological issue and not a psychological/social/philosophical one.

Regarding Blanchardism, which we were discussing late night, I haven't seen any scientifical evidence against his categorization; if anything, the only real criticism is that his methodology is wonky and that we can't jump to those conclusions. Julia Serrano, the biologist tranny, actually has some papers on the subject, and they are bad, like really bad. Here's a write up, but his claim wouldn't even stand as a philosophical paper, basically boils down to 'in blanchard real then why am i not AGP'. It's honestly pathetic. I respect Judith Butler and believe she is a very smart woman, I don't think many of us (especially trannies) understand her writings, but she cannot make any scientifical claims because 1) that's not her area of expertise, 2) even if she were to spit this bullshit, she knows that would be a philosophical suicide. She can be all about big thunk and open the debate, but there's simply no way they either she or any serious postmodern philosopher can claim what trannies do because even the 'ambiguous' scientific data (usually inclusive studies or studies about intersexual humans) cannot proof that there's a biological basis for transsexualism. The biological brain studies are often debunked and, if anything, would just further proof the sexual dymorphism.
