A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

The discussion around this really rustles my jimmies so please indulge me if you know all this already, I think I'm just repeating what you may have already heard.

View attachment 1584241

Semenya's supporters rely on representing his situation dishonestly in order to drum up support from the under-informed. They say it's because regular people (not even transphobes) are just being misogynist or racist against Semenya for being chiseled or large. His supporters prefer, for the sake of optics, to pretend as though Semenya were in a 'female' body to begin with. This is only true from the perspective of the buffoons in South Africa who think lack of penis = woman.

Semenya experiences - like every other intersex person - a disorder that has a 'feminizing' impact his male (XY ) body that would have a completely different or nonexistent impact on a female body. Semenya has internal testes and... drumroll... impregnated his wife Violet Raseboya, who gave birth to his biological daughter.
No intersex condition will cause a female to produce sperm. The opposite is also true.
They rely so, so hard on making you think Semenya is just a kinda-male woman. Even if you don't understand that intersex conditions don't introduce 'spectrum' to sex, it's clear to the naked eye that Semenya is male. Not masculinized-female, not fifity-fifty, not more-female-than-male. Just male.

Every headline about this now pretends to be so worried for the future health of Semenya and future male intersex athletes who are "being forced" to medically reduce their testosterone in order to compete as women. As though the fear of the potential harms of testosterone-reducing treatments was a threat before when Kobe Bryant discovered he couldn't play in WNBA. Completely ridiculous.
There's also a video floating about which proves she knew since 2009. Think it's in this one but can't check now.

We need more transgender and gender nonbinary doctors
LALA TANMOY DAS, of the Association of American Medical Colleges.

Less than 1% of U.S. medical students and physicians self-identify as transgender or gender nonbinary (TGNB), yet the population of TGNB individuals is growing exponentially. They need doctors who understand their unique health concerns.

“I don’t want to buy hormones off the gray market anymore. I need a ‘real’ doctor who looks like me. Who understands me. Do you know anyone?” This was the text message I received from Krystal on a blazing hot afternoon in mid-July.

We’d met in 2019 at a community health center, a month before I started medical school. Years of distress from gender dysphoria and constant bullying for being “effeminate” led Krystal — now in their mid-20s and working as a retail clerk — to come to the clinic to explore the gender transition process. While the doctor, therapist, and social worker tending to Krystal’s health care needs agreed that transitioning would likely relieve some of Krystal’s distress, a lack of health insurance was a major barrier.

But I knew that the medical school I was matriculating into had a low-cost clinic, so we exchanged numbers and I sent over all the details for them to consider. Ultimately, the long commute and other personal factors didn’t make the clinic a good match.

The last time I’d heard from Krystal was on New Year’s Day in 2020. They were being helped by a person who had gone through the same process five years earlier. “I promise it’s safe!” Krystal texted me. “I’ll reach out if I need anything.”

So, when Krystal reached out in July, I was concerned. I also realized that I didn’t know a single transgender or gender nonbinary (TGNB) doctor in New York City.

In my mind, I hurriedly combed through a list of all the attending physicians who had given lectures: No one was TGNB-identifying that I knew of.

As a short-term solution, I referred Krystal to a local LGBTQ+ health center, and soon after, I started looking into the prevalence of TGNB medical students and physicians. The numbers are alarming.

In a 2018 matriculating student survey by the Association of American Medical Colleges, just 0.7% of respondents identified as TGNB (about 100 out of nearly 14,500 respondents). Furthermore, these statistics don’t shed any light on geographic distribution. Due to the discrimination and disparagement that TGNB medical students admittedly face during training, they likely migrate to just a few centers for training and practice, thus worsening TGNB patient care.

The need for that care is growing exponentially. Approximately 1.4 million Americans identify as transgender and gender nonbinary. A GLAAD survey from 2017 showed that nearly 12% of millennials identified as TGNB. And a 2020 survey from the Trevor Project found that 1 in 4 LGBTQ youth use pronouns or pronoun combinations that fall outside of the binary construction of gender.

Unfortunately, those who identify as TGNB are increasingly vulnerable and marginalized in their communities, which has translated into high rates of depression, self-harm, homelessness, disordered substance use, and HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, with trans youth and racial/ethnic minorities being the most vulnerable. To make matters worse, health care settings have perpetuated intolerance. One in 5 TGNB patients has been denied access or treatment in a clinician’s office, 30% have experienced disrespect and harassment, 2% have been physically assaulted, and nearly half have had to teach their clinicians about the care they need.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, some studies have shown that transgender women with HIV are more susceptible to contracting the virus. And due to disruption in outpatient care, many TGNB individuals are unable to receive routine care, including gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy.

As medical schools serve a major gatekeeping role in diversifying the physician workforce and ultimately meeting the needs of vulnerable populations, there are a few ways in which medical schools can be actively engaged in improving TGNB visibility.

  1. Admissions offices could make a concerted effort to feature TGNB medical students and physicians in brochures, pamphlets, and other types of public messaging materials. These explicit messages of inclusivity may motivate more TGNB individuals to apply to and matriculate into medical school and could also help TGNB students express themselves professionally.
  2. Medical schools need to do outreach to middle schools, high schools, and colleges to vocalize acceptance of any gender identity and convey what schools are doing to actively discourage harassment in training programs. There are several existing pipeline programs to improve ethnic diversity in medicine, including Weill Cornell Medicine’s Travelers Summer Research Fellowship Program and Cooper Medical School of Rowan University’s PULSE program. Similar programs could be launched to attract sexual and gender minorities.
  3. Medical schools should consider making all restrooms gender-neutral to create a welcoming environment for TGNB individuals. While this issue has been significantly politicized, it is one simple example of how medical institutions — as pioneers of health care — can accommodate TGNB individuals.
  4. Individuals who identify as transgender are more racially and ethnically diverse than the general U.S. population, with 16% identifying as Black and 21% identifying as Latino or Hispanic. Specific outreach to those communities will be critical.
  5. Medical schools should work to recruit more TGNB faculty and staff who can be important role models for students and premeds seeking to enter the field.
Less than 1% of physicians identify as TGNB. Other practicing physicians admit to a gap in knowledge when it comes to even day-to-day care for TGNB patients. And yet the TGNB population is growing. As medical institutions, we need to do better. While the road ahead will be long, we can catalyze change by inspiring more individuals to apply and matriculate into medical school.

+ + + +
"Less than 1% of U.S. medical students and physicians self-identify as transgender or gender nonbinary (TGNB), yet the population of TGNB individuals is growing exponentially", yet no one in the medical profession wants to know why such a mental illness is "growing exponentially". I wonder why?

“I don’t want to buy hormones off the gray market anymore. I need a ‘real’ doctor who looks like me." Throughout my life I never expect or wish that the doctor I see "looks like me". Did you?

"Medical schools need to do outreach to middle schools, high schools, and colleges to vocalize acceptance of any gender identity". Yup, medical schools should be competing with Drag Queen Story Hours. Want to see a demonstration of a pelvic exam by Dx. Dita von Troon?

Caster wore a boy’s school uniform and the former headteacher has said he always thought Caster was a boy.

Caster calls women ‘boring and soft’ in this 2015 interview.

i have sympathy for Caster as being born with a disorder of sexual development in a poor family in a country without universal access to decent healthcare, but Caster is a man with a DSD, not a woman with a DSD. Caster doesn’t belong in women’s sports, and has known this for at least 10 years. Caster is a fraud (exploiting a fraud that fell in your lap and gave you shit tons of wealth after a life of poverty is totally understandable, but the grift is up and Caster needs to fade into obscurity).

For sports the line should be ‘no one with a working Y chromosome and/or a male puberty in the women’s divisions’. That allows for the DSD athletes who really do have male chromosomes and a female phenotype (no sporting advantage) but keeps grifters and transitioners out.

Court approves treatment for transgender teen amid parental dispute
A 16-year-old transgender girl whose mother opposed her transition will be able to access gender-affirming hormone treatment following a landmark Family Court ruling.

On Thursday Family Court Justice Garry Watts granted authorisation for the teen, given the pseudonym Imogen, to access oestrogen treatment to aid in her physical feminisation.

Imogen's father consented to the treatment but her mother did not.
"We got the result last night and we had a bit of a cry," Imogen's father said on Friday, describing the decision as a relief.

He said the judge was "very fair" in hearing both sides and the court was focused on Imogen's best interests.
Hormone treatment with oestrogen or testosterone is the second step in a three-stage medical transition process for transgender adolescents, and follows an initial round of puberty blockers. Surgical interventions may follow at stage three.
The law has evolved rapidly in Australia. Prior to 2013, it was not possible for a parent or child to give valid consent to any of the three stages and court approval was mandatory.
The Full Court of the Family Court ruled in 2013 that court approval was no longer required for stage one treatment, but the court had a role in disputes.
In 2017, the Full Court went further and ruled court authorisation was not required for stage two treatment but it was not clear what role the court performed in the case of disputes.

The Inner City Legal Centre (ICLC) in Sydney said the court's decision in Imogen's case "improves certainty" for families and transgender young people.
Justice Watts said court approval for stage two treatment is mandatory only if a parent or doctor disputes the child's legal competency to consent; the diagnosis of gender dysphoria; or the proposed treatment.
Gender dysphoria is "the distress experienced by a person due to the incongruence between their gender identity and their gender assigned at birth", Justice Watts said.
He said Imogen, "aged 16 years and 8 months", had "expressed a consistent, persistent and insistent view that she wishes to move to ... gender affirming hormone treatment". She had felt she was female from the age of six or seven, the court heard.
Justice Watts said if the only issue was competence of the adolescent to consent and the court made a declaration of competency, they could then decide on their treatment without court authorisation. If a parent or doctor disputed their diagnosis or treatment, the court would make a ruling authorising the treatment or not.

Imogen's mother had disputed her competency to consent, diagnosis and treatment. But Justice Watts said Imogen was an "adolescent of intelligence and maturity" competent to consent who was correctly diagnosed with gender dysphoria, and the treatment was in her best interests.
The ICLC said "the court's judgment confirms that the existing law is that a medical practitioner seeing a young person under the age of 18 cannot initiate stage one, two or three treatment without establishing parental consent", and court authorisation is required if there is a dispute.

"Semenya was assigned female at birth, raised as and identifies as a woman[9] but has XY chromosomes"

that settles the debate completely in my opinion. Y chromosome exists = person is not a woman.
sure it might be some weird intersex hermaphrodite mutant thing, but that's not an actual woman and therefor has no place in womens divisions of any kind.

Not to traffick in the whataboutism of trans rights activists, but I'll place the criteria of womanhood at the anatomic level (the development of ovaries and paramesonephric (Mullerian) ducts; and the absence of testes and structures developed from the mesonephric (Wolffian) ducts) rather than the chromosomal level.

Such info has never been disclosed in the Semenya case, which makes it extremely suspicious and leads me to conclude he is a genuine man.

I don't know much about Caster Semenya. Has it ever been said exactly which intersex condition she has? Reading between the lines, they seem to be pointing toward CAIS (complete androgen insensitivity syndrome). That's where the fetus is chromosomally male, but is resistant or completely immune to testosterone, and so remains cosmetically female. It's really a form of neoteny: CAIS sufferers never grow much body hair and don't get acne. They do have testes, but they're located somewhere in the abdomen, and often have to be surgically removed before they turn cancerous. Ironically, CAIS patients are often quite attractive, although they are often incapable of vaginal intercourse because their genitals are underdeveloped or simply inert.

(Also, for the most part, CAIS patients really, really don't like being grouped with troons, or when troons coopt their legitimate suffering for their own cause.)

Here's the thing: if it is supposed to be CAIS, then Caster is most certainly a fraud. CAIS patients may be chromosomally male, but they are completely incapable of impregnating a woman. They often lack male genitalia, or if they have it, it's underdeveloped. If Caster was "assigned female" and has CAIS, then most likely "she" has underdeveloped female genitalia, and can neither get pregnant nor father any children.

If Caster is really the father of that kid, then he is absolutely a man and should be banned from sports altogether (female sports for the obvious reason; male sports for being a fucking cheat).

Yep, I agree, Positron. You clearly have a far greater technical understanding of anatomy, but what you describe sounds, to my plebeian ears, like what happens when a fetus is made from a y sperm but the y doesn’t work sufficiently to activate male phenotypical development?

The Swiss court papers specifically refer to athletes with 46xy 5 Alpha Reductase Deficiency and state Caster is male according to all parameters relevant to sport, so most likely Caster was born a boy with such a poorly developed penis that it looked ambiguous at birth,

Even if a genuine mistaken sex ‘assignation’ was made at birth, it would’ve been clear by around 11/12 that Caster was experiencing a male puberty and any woman who hasn’t had a period by the age of 16 is considered sufficiently disordered to warrant medical investigation. If they looked like a teenage male by that point (rather than a sexless child) they’d surely be karotyped/ultrasound scanned for internal gonads?

For some reason I am not clever enough to understand, DSDs occur more often in the Southern African population, so the popular myth that Caster just didn’t know until the clever Olympic scientists figured it out seems both unlikely and bit racist.

Seems more likely to me that sports coaches actively seek out potential athletes with DSDs, knowing they have a genetic advantage.
None of the three medal winners of the women's 800m medal winners at the 2016 Olympics were female. Caster Semenya, Francine Niyonsaba and Margaret Nyairera Wambui all have an intersex conditions. All three have XY chromosomes.

Caster doesn’t just have ‘unusually high testosterone for a woman’ as the new outlets tend to report it, rather, Caster has a normal amount of testosterone for a man.

I find it amusing that the tranners call Caster a ‘cis female’ when unlike them, Caster truly was wrongly assigned a sex at birth.

Caster has never actually been female, by any measure, ever, except on paper. Caster is as they are (a male using a female ID).

Edited to add: Caster can’t have CAIS because Caster is clearly virilized. Teeny tiny Dutee Chand (4’11”) might well be a CAIS case though: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dutee_Chand

Wasn’t that suspected of the Eastern Bloc states and their athletic programs during the Cold War? We know they doped female athletes, but then you get cases like the Press siblings who have long been suspected as being either intersex or male. Both Irina and Tamara Press conveniently retired the same year that gender verification was introduced into international sports.

It's possible. My high school biology teacher often told stories from his youth, and mentioned he met female East German athletes at an event... in the co-ed bathroom, shaving their stubble. He said it was "an awe-inspiring experience, brushing my teeth and shaving my stubble standing between two 6'2" valkyries doing the same".

It's a little more complicated than that. The sex related part of the Y chromosome is the SRY gene. Sometimes that can be fucked up and left inactive, so instead the person develops into a sterile female. They develop non-functional ovaries and a uterus. They have female levels of testosterone, etc.

It doesn't ultimately matter where you draw the line if the issue is having some absolutely perfect rule that treats everyone fairly. No matter where you draw the line, some people and borderline cases are going to be treated unfairly. What is important is that the sport itself is not permanently degraded, and the needs of the vast majority outweigh the needs of a very, very few, no matter how unfortunate their condition or whether it is their fault. As for those who chose their condition, fuck them entirely. Their interests don't matter at all.

That is either a dude or an extremely ugly Russian woman, even by the standards of ugly Russian women.

Transsexual Satanist Anarchist Is GOP Sheriff Nominee in New Hampshire

KEENE — New Hampshire’s first trans, anarchist, Satanic candidate for county sheriff says she’s not getting a lot of support from the Republican Party.

“I can’t imagine they’re happy about this,” said Aria DiMezzo.

KEENE — New Hampshire’s first trans, anarchist, Satanic candidate for county sheriff says she’s not getting a lot of support from the Republican Party.
“I can’t imagine they’re happy about this,” said Aria DiMezzo.
DiMezzo, who is running as a Republican with the campaign slogan “F*** the Police,” said Friday she hasn’t had any help or support for the county or state GOP. DiMezzo won the Republican nomination for Cheshire County Sheriff Tuesday night running unopposed in the primary. She’ll now square off with popular incumbent Democrat Eli Rivera, who is running for his fifth term.
Marylin Huston, Cheshire County GOP chair, congratulated her on her victory. Huston consistently referred to DiMezzo as “he” during the interview, despite the candidate identifying as female.
“He did very well with the primary and that was wonderful,” Huston said.
Screen-Shot-2020-09-12-at-6.43.28-AM-300x219.png

DiMezzo comes from the Free Keene group of Libertarian activists that produced Nobody, a gubernatorial candidate who changed his name from Rich Paul to Nobody. She also hosts an internet radio show where she is referred to as “She-Male.” Free Keene started as an off-shoot of the Free State Project of Libertarians, but the Free State Project has since distanced itself from Free Keene.
Huston said DiMezzo only ran as a Republican because of problems getting Libertarian candidates on the ballot. Huston said DiMezzo never showed up to the GOP meetings and candidate events, even though she was invited.
“Aria really came into the Republican party because he was unable to get onto a Libertarian ballot,” Huston said.
DiMezzo signed up to run as a Republican two days before the deadline when she found out long-time Republican candidate Earl Nelson was not running. DiMezzo said she would be willing to be more supportive of the GOP agenda if the party was supportive of her.
“They’re clearly not on my side,” DiMezzo said.
There was an effort in Rindge to write Nelson in as a candidate after concerns were raised on social media about DiMezzo’s gender, religious beliefs, and politics. Nelson got more than 200 write-in votes on Rindge on Tuesday night.
“People of Rindge did a phenomenal job. Very well done,” DiMezzo said.
There was no concerted effort to keep DiMezzo from getting the nomination, Huston said, though Huston heard from many people who wanted to write in a different candidate instead of DiMezzo.
“I guess that’s just part of the whole political scene,” Huston said.
Huston said DiMezzo is welcome to be part of the GOP, but some people may have disagreed with her positions.
“If you look at their social media and their political statements they really do not fall in line with the Republican message,” Huston said.
DiMezzo said the GOP in Cheshire County has only itself to blame for her candidacy. She ran in 2018 as a Libertarian and got around three percent of the vote.
“I shouldn’t have won this freaking primary. I should have gotten crushed,” DiMezzo said.
DiMezzo wants to end the prosecution of drug crimes, sex work, illegal immigration, and anything else that she says do not have an actual victim. She said in a lot of ways, she’s to the left of Rivera.
“I’m more liberal than he is,” DiMezzo said. “There’s tons of things people get fined for, arrested for, that don’t actually have any victims.”
New Hampshire’s RNC Committeeman Chris Ager declined to comment.

For some reason I thought a sheriff was a title within the police force. For anyone else outside of the anglosphere:
The sheriff is most often an elected county official who serves as the chief civilian law enforcement officer of their jurisdiction. The sheriff enforces court orders and mandates and may perform duties such as evictions, seizing property and assets pursuant to court orders, and serving warrants and legal papers.

Either way, how can you be an anarchist sheriff? Not that I'm expecting any logic from a troon, of course.

Also loving this gem from the article. Absolutely based Huston.
