Can only speak for myself, but I don't give a fuck about skin colour. It's how a person acts that is the important thing. However, anecdotally speaking, the times I have been verbally harassed, had extremely sexist slurs thrown at me, been pinned against walls or had people try and "pick me up" then be abusive and call me a racist when I decline, it has always, ALWAYS been black men. And I have lost count of the number of times I've had shit from black women for having "pretty hair" and a nose that's not the size of Mount Fucking Rushmore. Always starts with a dig, then escalates when I give them some back.
So no, I don't care about skin colour or background, but my interactions with shitty black people have always been more nasty, spiteful and vindictive than my interactions with shitty white people, so I am now wary. It's the same principle as being bitten by a dog. If it happens, you're wary thereafter. I am doubly wary given I know that these people can, do and will pull the race card if they can as a way to get out of trouble and to avoid facing repercussions for their shitty behaviour. Seriously, can you honestly blame anyone for feeling so?
But my take is: People get a chance. If they're not bastards then I could not care less about what their skin looks like.Although that in and of itself is considered racist these days, so I guess, by the retarded definitions of today, then yup.I'm racist.
