I know about Ratking but it seems like a specific group of people. Right now the other Trans threads are all over. There's the Bad Plastic Surgery thread too, that often mentions malpractice and goes into the horrific shit bad surgeons and doctors get away with or how they try to pad their reviews and make it all seem fine. The thread's more general than just trans surgery but it doesn't move that fast, so it could maybe accommodate trans butchers. Though it might be better to have it in one specific thread separate from the other bad plastic surgery for when the lawsuits begin...

Marci Bowers and Jess Ting feature, but they're examples of GOOD surgeons! They're commenting on how awful it is that these OTHER surgeons fuck up people's junk and leave them with severe complications and no sexual function. After what they did to Jazz on TV. That article is really something else.
They acknowledge that the surgeries can be disastrous but bring up how people with complications don't want to report it because it will fuel the "political anti trans narrative".
They bring that up like 4 times. That any negative (honest) coverage of butchered genitals just gives the right wing, anti trans bigots more ammo to use against them.
But! Not one time did they mention keeping the truth of the horror hidden to be politically motivated either.
Truth is truth.
Truth seems to be that this whole thing is shown in a positive light ONLY because it is "politically correct" even though it's just harmful mutilation for most.
One of the patients/victims even says they picked the surgeon they did because it was too long of a wait for better surgeons and they wanted to get it done while we still had a Dem president.

One of the things that I don't think most people get about SRS is that it's all experimental. Every surgeon made up his own technique and puts his own spin on it. Results may vary.

Aside from conjoined twin separation or really advanced reconstructive surgery, what other surgeons just make shit up in the operating room?

Like if I went in for a knee replacement and the surgeon said that they made up their own way of doing things and they can't really tell you what they're going to put in there but most people find that their new knee works pretty good, I'd hobble the fuck out of there and find a different surgeon.

As far as troons and socialization goes, most of these people seem really empty inside. One of the worst disservices the boomers did is get rid of structured intellectual and character development as a goal. Of course Noelle is a tankie. But one could just as easily see him joining Atomwaffen or the Hare Krishnas.

She has the "too much surgery on top of too much sugar" look. Contrary to the popular beliefs of these idiots, Estrogen is not a magical beauty pill. Just walk into any local wal-mart to confirm this. It makes it far easier to gain too much weight, among other health issues that can manifest in your physical appearance as a consequence. Add to this, look at any picture or painting of an Eunuch that sat around all day and tell me they look in any way attractive. The coup de grace for this, is that instead of making the necessary personal sacrifices and discipline that would be required to make yourself somewhat attractive, they instead use expensive plastic surgeries. The result is a blobby body they need to drape in a bed sheet and a face that goes right to the bottom of the uncanny valley. You see bottom twink gay men with no surgery and no HRT that look more feminine then these creatures.

Nah, speaking as a Jew we are known for getting secret cosmetic procedures (no matter your age) often to look "conventional".
