I think it was due to the fact that he was typing a lot plus he ended the show when they hadn't covered everything as opposed to just kicking the guest. Plus scrubbing any reference to it from everywhere. And the serious disavowal and letting his audience know how he feels in those tweets - it's ok if it's a larp, but if someone seems to actually believe it, then disavow.
No. He said they did all they can do with authorities and it's out of their hands. That's why I feel like it's going to lead to nothing. If it was something serious, action would have been taken. If anything it's either a minor offense or on the edge of legal where they aren't sure of prosecution.
