is it wrong that the immediate thing i thought of on starting this video was "how many of those rounds are going to be wasted by cops fucking around with each other at the precinct"

I am skeptical of the BolaWrap the videos I saw of it always have the "suspect" standing still or walking. Also I can just imagine the lawsuits/headlines now "Police give black man broken jaw/arm/leg using new weapon". Even though the dumbass was running form police.

This is neat tech and strikes me like it'd end up being used to tag running suspects moreso than charging ones, I can already hear the NLG and the ACLU chimping out over that.

PA edit: Riot cops appear to be chilling around the entrance to a building, presumably the police build. Still quiet and it is midnight in PA now.

Different PA streamer (since the other one ended it) is mentioning the "priors" the suspect apparently had since it seems his chat is sending him info. He hasn't watched the video yet somehow.

Edit again: That PA streamer appears to be laying out the actual case these faggots are running with, specifically that "cops are supposed to risk their lives" (implication: he's supposed to take unnecessary risks to keep the suspect from dying regardless of suspect behavior). He's now looking for someone to show him the video.

I can't help but think that if cops actually used that as soon as one of their precious drug-addled criminals gets so much as a scrapped knee or god forbid a bump on his noodle they will be screaming that this is barbaric and against the "Geneva convention" or something equally retarded.
