Not yet, but the consensus ITT is that he's well deserving of one. He's got a YouTube channel with a lot of videos going back 7 years, and he's actually had some success with currently being at 200k subs and having five videos that broke a million views. Granted, 3/5 of those are Star Wars reviews, released right after those movies were released, so I guess the algorithm loved him. But then again, he only has 19 videos that have over 100k views, so despite his subscriber count, he doesn't really have too much of a following.
