He puts in the effort for his impression. He said he does the sharp inhale or something to make it feel more genuine. Look up one of oneyplays political compilation, I'm sure it has the part where he talks about it.
 
I saw the trailer. I can’t say I was that impressed. I do think there’s a market for some really biting satire at the moment - we live in an age when people take any negative comment against their own side as a personal attack, people at both ends of the political spectrum need to be pulled out of their safe spaces. But the jokes here felt kind of cheap and obvious.
