U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

Tracey has been better than most leftists on this but still nothing special. To hear him tell it, the riots are all rich white grad students and wine moms burning down the businesses of angelic Somali immigrants (btw not gonna seek solidarity with the JV jihadists of Minneapolis just bc antifa looted their shit, enemy of my enemy isn’t my friend), when most footage of actual *looting* indicates that isn’t the case.

It’s the same “white agitator” shit you heard from the useful idiots on MSNBC to hide the big black elephant in the burned out Gucci store (and picked up by conservatives because they would also like to avoid discussing racial realities). He’s only transgressive by the standards of insane left Twitter echo chambers.
It's the rich white grad and drunk wine moms clique that's enabling their fellow BLM rioters, providing the framework for transportation, supplies and bail funds. They are providing a massive level of support and organization; thus, the magnitude of destruction would be far more limited and localized if they were out of the picture.

I'm not in the USA but how hard would it be to have a temporary polling place? Do you use electronic ballots or paper?

Paper gets shit on but the benefits are clear.UK has it's faults but any member of the public can ask to go to vote counts and watch the paper ballot slips being physically counted and sorted.

As far as I am aware, the USA is electronic but this could really, really bit you lot on the nuts this time with all the stuff going on. I could also be wrong so feel free to correct me.
Depends on state/jurisdiction, my area is paper with optical scan counting

According to ballotpedia this year OR is mail in only by default, it looks like if one wants to vote in person they go to the city clerk's office.

A while back someone pointed out that a black woman asked how the white protest leader was going to help black people and she responded "our movement has progressed beyond that", i find that phrase chilling as fuck. Simply because there is no coy in that sentence, black people are no longer useful for what these people have in store. Their movement no longer holds the veneer of "Black lives" but more like a true insurrection ala The Taliban
I think I have been saying that alot in this thread. Its a bunch of white people using non whites as a means to gain dominance over other white people.

They are enslavers and nothing else.

When they were going on and on about white supremacy they were reffering to themselves.

Edit: "All of our neighbors are welcome, regardless of their race." I don't know about you, but I do not welcome the likes of Ricardo Munoz to my neighborhood and it has nothing to do with his race, blockhead.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I've figured it out.
West Coast isn't burning cities, it's burning rural areas. Can't have vote by mail with no mailing address. They're literally unpersoning families with fire.
I think I said that earlier too. These revoltists are trying to kill off red voters (maybe) by setting the woods (and possibly) trump supporters houses on fire.

Varies from place to place, county to county, state to state. There is no actual national election as such, just many local elections. In fact, votes for president are really votes for electors pledged to a candidate. The actual vote takes place when the electors -- the Electoral College -- meets in early January. There have been a few -- very few -- cases of "faithless"electors, who voted opposite their pledge, and the Supreme Court just this year ruled that those persons may be penalized.

EDIT: To add link to SCOTUS story.

Noggo going on about social workers and redirecting 911 calls to them for schizos now. As if it wasn't far too late for a cuddle by the time retard chased his momout with the blade. This people are nuts.

It's honestly insane that there are still people out there 'protesting' after the body cam vid came out. These people have no interest in participating in civilized society. They are thrill seekers, power seekers, anarchists, and/or mentally ill.

I think alot of people forget that lefties can't see the cam footage or anyone acknowledging its existence through the blockbots or massive blocklists they've developed over the years. The exception is when someone on the left turns and starts posting it on the hashtag but then they could end up joining the blocklist after.

But in general they use an opt-in equivalent of the great firewall of china and won't see the same things everyone else sees online, so many of them still think it was some autistic child who got assassinated.

So they can come off as crazy when in reality they're reacting reasonably to the only information they're allowed to see.

One thing not pointed out in these vids is that the bolas use a very sharp metal hook at the end to make the whole thing stick, and it's likely to go through flesh if the clothing is too thin (or just not there). Imagine having a fishhook embedded in your legs and ripped out since you were running at the time...
It's non-lethal, not a fucking pillows & marshmallows hug machine.

Yeah, you mostly get on these blocklists by posting the truth to begin with, so...

There's a general feeling of burnout, and the Democrats are starting to realize that this is bad optics. Even ol' Joe Biden was forced to acknowledge that the two deputies shot and killed yesterday was appalling. The smart people, the people with the money, are backing off. The useful idiots won't stop though.

That's what makes this the most interesting time. The antifa shot-callers have rich parents and/or cushy day jobs as lawyers or political operatives. When they get the order to shut things down they'll go back to their normal lives and await the next crisis.

Many of the front line troops are drug addicts, crazies and ex-cons who've jumped on board with this movement because their lives are in ruins and this is the first thing in forever that has made them feel like they belong. It also gives them convenient villains to blame all their problems on and a license to use all the violence they please to destroy that enemy.

If they're faced with a choice between watching the movement die or gloriously sacrificing themselves to prolong it they'll choose the latter. And with the leaders going to ground, there'll be no one around to rein them in. They won't listen if the higher-ups tell them "We need to slow things down for now, don't worry, this is all part of the plan, we'll start up again later." To them that just sounds like surrender.

"Instead of standing there and teaching a cop, when there's an unarmed person coming at them with a knife or something, you shoot them in the leg instead of in the heart is a very different thing. There's a lot of different things that could change,"
Biden said in a meeting with community leaders at Bethel AME Church in Wilmington, Del.

Has BLM done anything good in there existence besides "bRIngInG AWareNeSs". I always get told by my BLM supporter friends that they've done more good then bad when I bring up the Burn Murder Loot stuff.

They've "brought awareness" to the problem. You'll never find much in the way of actual specifics or policies or changes, since progress in those areas was always being done by smaller, more focused orgs that didn't spend all of their time and money buying political favors and media coverage. I can think of maybe bodycams that got pushed through by the early protests, though now they've done a 180 on that.

Beyond that, very little more than "awareness." Of course, one might also reasonably point out that this awareness seems to be backfiring kindof hard. So it is that a targeted radicalization of the youth has succeeded -- only it turns out American millennials and zoomers are of worse stock than the Chinese red guard, and not really so helpful when they face any swath of resistance. Politically, the Floyd moment seemed to garner nearly universal sympathy that was completely unrelated to BLM... and BLM essentially turned off a lot of potentially erstwhile allies with its antics.

Of course, this is haram to speak publicly, and so people point to the fact that no-one is speaking publicly against it as proof positive that it must be a force for good.

And aiming for not center of mass means you are way more likely to miss and hit an innocent.

These fuckers need to just do basic gun safety research before they fucking talk.

Directly on topic:

You're very kind to not mention the raging stupidity of saying that someone armed with a large kitchen knife is unarmed.

Wait, did they release the full footage in that case of the special needs person being shot? Sorry if it was already posted, I only check in here once or twice a day haha
