I just want to remind everyone that this Tumblrina wants us to refer to them as a guy. And this "guy" is playing a super girly Freemium game, relates to one of the characters, and is spending money on said game.

She's better off playing CocoPPa (A Tinier Me rip off, which is actually a Gatcha Hell hole.) at this point.

Well, since Cat here won't stop whining about how no one is paying attention to Boss Zuri I've decided to take it upon myself to draw Boss Zuri, but a sexy version that I would have sex with.

Hey don't diss girly games, I'm a guy and I played love live for a while, until I realised it sucks unless you do spend $200 on it.

Though, my motivation to play was only because I thought the characters were hot, so I guess that's where I differ with Kayla.

So Zuri is her name for the create-able player character in Saints Row, right? The game that isn't a roleplaying game, that doesn't have any sort of distinctive choices throughout the game except for the end one - decisions which don't carry over into the subsequent ones?

I figured this would come up after I posted. I guess I should have reworded it better. But you are right: you both like the same game, but for different reasons.

Kayla takes it on a different, more emotional and attached level than the simple "anime girls are hot" reasoning.

There is nothing wrong with dudes playing girly games. I just find it's weird that for someone to claim that they're a guy, but pours their emotions on a Freemium game.

Looking at this Love Life game really makes me want to start playing DDR again.

The Saints Row series follows a plotline, and the player character's personality is pretty much set in stone throughout the games. You can customize their appearance and voice, which leads to slightly different dialogue that doesn't have any effect on anything, but that's about it when it comes to making your Boss. Kayla assigning a personality to a character that already has one isn't surprising in the least.

I'm really not super nuts about the whole "I can use magic!" crowd in general. No offense intended to anyone, it's just that in my limited (and wholly subjective) experience, there can be a pretty thin line between "Wiccan/Pagan" and "delusional schizophrenic".
With that having been said, if there is such a thing as magic in the world, you can be damn sure it cannot be activated via blog post.

At least some people practice magick as a purely a mental exercise similar to meditation or mantras rather than magic that has real world non mental effects
