Sure, it's not impossible he is wrong here - but realistically, I don't think this would be that difficult to confirm. Unless the Gunt and Fai Fai had somehow faked their correspondence knowing it would be read by Mr. Vickers in the future.
As for why say this out loud, maybe he thinks confirming something that would be incredibly detrimental to Ralph isn't the case will add to his credibility regarding the rest of his claims.
I don't think Mr. Vickers has anything particularly outrageous on Ralph - I think he has something that either violates his probation or his parole. The reason I surmise this is as follows:
Mr. Vickers noted in his Tweets that the justice system may take a while to act on this, if it decides to act at all. I'm no legal eagle, and I don't know how all this shit works - but my guess is the justice system doesn't move quickly for someone reporting minor parole violations.
Could it even be something as stupid as Ralph leaving the state during the COVID 19 lockdown? I know Ade claims he did this in violation of his parole.

What does that have to do with Jim not making a video? The dude does not make those type of videos anymore. I can not make that any more clear. PPP also poisoned the well with the Leo shit (his mistake), so I don't get why anybody would blame Jim for not GAF about anything PPP says. I think a lot of people wanting Jim to make a vid could care less about if the vid is terrible. It's about wanting ER's daddy to denounce him. The vid itself could just be a pic of the gunt and Jim saying 'he sucks' and that would be enough.
As to Nick, there is a reason he was voted 2020 Grifting Champion. And he was just on a show with ER, so he clearly is not afraid to associate with him. He either feels like he owes him because ER used to plug him, is a friend, or it's a similar audience so must maintain the grift.
