Honestly I wouldn't have had a problem with that (it would suck, but at times such calls need to be made), but I doubt it happened for the following:
The ANGB near me was scrambled too with the mission of "Crash your plane into any hijacked aircraft" at the time the US Didn't keep armed fighter aircraft on standby, the jets would have needed to be armed first and would have taken too long vs the "take them out with you" route.

Unrelated, heard in Kenosha "where's the Kenosha militia at, I came for them" from an indeterminate but clearly melanated sounding source. Small crowd though.

PA streams showing a militia looking guy in front of some building gathering a bit of a crowd with at least 1 black hoodie in attendance who appears to be heckling him. In front of the police building barriers and fencing have gone up and the black female version of grimace is sitting atop some waist high barriers talking to a gathering crowd.

Edit: Keaton Chapman Reckard's stream is was showing a person I'm referring to as "Goth Troongus" who is wearing some humorous exaggerated Nomura looking platform gothboots, but unfortunately he's sitting down at the moment and isn't nearly as hilarious looking at the moment.

Edit: In PA on Skylda Helvig's stream an obese white dude with a cellphone tripod and a boonie hat who was peacefully conversing with Black Grimmshanda had his had removed by a blackhoodie who was not wearing a hoodie. Words were exchanged and the half ton duo are back to talking again and that appears to be it.

hmmm... could be. Either way, it would have been the right call to suppress it, as that wouldbe the absolute WORST time to both erode faith in the Govt and to stir u the commies and 5th columnists laying in wait for just such an opportunity to exploit. RIP to all the (innocent)dead. Didn't mean to be disrespectful.

Run them through the Kenosha gauntlet. Give them an AR with a single loaded magazine and have a mob of evil nazis chase them with weapons escalating in difficulty from at first being unarmed but actively trying to disarm them to skateboards to tiki torches to actual guns. If they fail at any point they're lynched on the spot. If they defend themselves then they're immediately executed on the spot for murdering peaceful protesters. All in Minecraft of course.

If this is what they got so far, its already 10:30, so it's looking pretty dead. I'm gonna guess a couple shit stirrers will try something, but as I said earlier, the cops threatened to bust their asses if they stopped being peaceful.

I mean I can see the logic to what you said and I agree it would have been the correct call (as sucky it would be), but it wasn't a secret that the scrambled fighters were unarmed and given a suicide mission, should any (suspected) hijack plane not follow orders and land. The media at least in my area made it one of the talking points, and would bring it up every 9/11 for a few years. I don't think any Ameircans who were alive that day and old enough to remember and understand what was happening would have objected if the US Miltiary said "yeah we shot down flight 93" shorty after it happened, we knew we were under attack, we knew Flight 93 was possibly heading to DC.

Apparently the catalyst was one of "BLAK" activists (at least I think that's the group, certainly enough people wearing branded merch there) getting arrested for some kind of weapons charge as part of that convoy, a demo occurred outside the all too familiar building where they chanted their chants and some people screamed at the cops, looks like cops have told people to leave the park we're all too familiar with, and the streamer now indicates that the arrested person has been released. The crowd may be dispersing peacefully now, hard to tell.

Streamer detailing the charges:
-Concealed Weapon (no permit).
-Resisting arrest.
-MJ possession.
-Operation of a vehicle with an open intoxicant.
-No license.
-Improperly affixed license plate.

I probably missed a couple there were at least 8. :story:

Mind you this is a FRIENDLY streamer to the BLAK activists.
