Especially given that e-stim play, if done wrong, can be incredibly dangerous. There are areas of your body that don't mix well with high voltage. Like your heart, for instance. And you really need that, so if you don't know the rules (never run a current across a person's upper torso, no liquids ect.) things can get really dangerous really fast.
Granted, violet wands don't usually have this issue, but it's good to know that our little Rose is cool with endangering her underage partners life in the pursuit of being edgy.
