That's actually the entire reason that we have sex segregated bathrooms in the first place.

We have sex segregated bathrooms because it makes people slightly more comfortable pooping in public. If you're willing to violently rape somebody in a public place you're obviously going to be willing to ignore the honour system expectation of only pooping in your assigned toilet.
