One of the strangest things about GamerGate is that neither of the parties involved in it seemed to actually enjoy video games. Dean Takahashi and Ralph have one thing in common, and that's that playing Cuphead is absolute torture to them.

Which is weird, right? I mean I don't enjoy video games anymore but plenty of people clearly do. And yet we've got video game journalists who all seem to hate them and would rather rave about politics. Something they also don't seem to have any real aptitude for. nah, I retained a lawyer awhile backabout defamation and publishing when Ralph was writing his articles on me repeatedly without provocation from me at the time. Its what led to me mailing a handwritten C&D to his house Etc. Also used the same lawyer for help understanding CFAA and publishing for posts. Here's a thought (and yes its probably too optimistic). If Ralph created an LLC for his income, what are the properties owned by the LLC? What are the activities he is going to cite as a source of the LLC's income?

I'm not well versed in law, but if the LLC is entirely reliant on money that he's getting from his streaming wouldn't that tie the Killstream in as being the property/activity of the company? If someone were ever to sue him for substantial financial compensation, wouldn't it be possible that we would be looking at them being awarded the LLC and all its properties - not only the money made from the Killstream, but also the rights to all Killstream content already made and the ability to prevent Ralph from using the Killstream "brand" in the future?

Maybe the Killstream won't be aborted, instead adopted?

It's definitely a Ralph-ism to blurt out details like this in the heat of an argument that turn out to be very damaging to him in the long run. E.g. he outed Adezero to get a slight advantage in an argument with Null on a show where he was part of the dogpile, not the one being dogpiled. Of course, I wouldn't put it past him to come up with a cunning plan after a bottle of Maker's Mark to claim Faith was pregnant to make her parents back off a bit. Which, to his credit seems to have worked. Unfortunately for him they also leaked the text message which means if she's not pregnant he's sure to be found out. Given that Ralph got Faith to go along with the "I was hacked" excuse, I don't think it would be too much of stretch to think that he could convince her to lie to her parents about being pregnant.
