It's just what I remember people saying over the past few years, I hadn't bothered to check because I don't follow him and don't really care about internet celebs anymore (unless its Chris).
 
That is one of the most bizarre depictions of a supposed human body I've ever seen. It's not the loose skin itself that's unusual. Nearly everyone who loses a large amount of weight will have loose skin and it never looks pretty, but Ive never seen it do what its doing on Boogie. How is the bottom part hanging limply and totally devoid of fat , while his upper torso is still as big and swollen as if he'd never lost weight? Then there's that weird vag-navel in the center. It looks like an insane baker formed a man out of dough and flattened out the lower half with a rolling pin, took a knife and cut down the center, then baked it in a hot oven for an hour so that when it was done, the top part had risen like a giant souffle, the middle puffed up into two pastry mounds and the bottom formed a flat wrinkly crust.

One explanation could be that he's regaining weight, and that fat isn't accumulating in his already loose skin. That sounds like some real nightmare fuel.
