The skin stretches out and it isn't elastic enough to snap back. This is why fat fucks like Boogie, if they actually lose the weight, need skin removal surgery. With true deathfats, the skin gets so thin it sometimes even leaks or otherwise breaks. This can result in infections and other consequences. Fatties are disgusting.
