Would she need to declare her Patreon income in order to be eligible for government assistance? I would assume that four digits monthly would not place her in a low income bracket.

It’s done on savings too, so even if you no income, savings over a certain amount would fuck you.
Theoretically, even if she didn’t report the Patreon income, if they saw money in the bank she’d get nothing.
I don’t know how hard they try to check on that tbh but they’re incentivised to refuse as many people as possible.

According to Patreon's guidelines for non-US citizens she will have had to file a W-8BEN form which essentially states that a user is required to state their earnings for tax. Considering that, she more than likely made an income or had savings above £16 000 and according to UK council eligibility requirements would therefore be unable to apply for any assistance.

Absolutely. government assistance here is (maybe)for people on the verge of homelessness or their kids are starving, the UK govt have become much much stricter about this over the last few years.

Thanks. It appears that the sperging over whether she is or is not committing fraud is unfounded then. As of May 2019, she had never been on welfare of any description. Whilst I see her as the spend not save type, and I highly doubt she has £16,000 in savings, she certainly makes enough to survive via donations. We can safely wager that she is ineligible for support and is surviving on Patreon donations.
It is unbelievable to me to see the donations continue. Her last regularly scheduled activity was March 2 - which predates this thread. The four posts since have been whining about the backlash of having a pedophile girlfriend and thinly veiled pleas for her Patreons to keep paying. Her last post was June 2. Who exactly is simping this hard for so little in return?

This is sheer conjecture, but she may have deferred paying her rent for a short while. The timing between lockdown and all of her and Nan's drama was rather fortunate for her in retrospect. Anyone who wanted to stop funding likely would have done so right at the beginning of lockdown, and if Chloe was smart she'd have immediately approached her landlord asking for a grace period, leaving her enough time to sort her shit out and see how many paypigs escaped the pen. Three months, which I believe is a reasonably common timeframe for these deferrals, would have easily allowed her to sort out her finances concerning the Patreon, gauge how much time she could spend off of social media before needing to come back, and finding out how much she needs Mummy and Daddy's help.
Of course, if she has done this it will have to be paid at a later date, and she'd most likely be paying again by now, but any period of time without having to pay rent would make it significantly less stressful in the short-term. Around everything else she'd been going through I'd imagine it could have been one less worry.

Whilst looking into the possibility that Chloe has moved on with a new partner, I discovered Cam Hise. Cam appears to be a deranged DissociaDID fan at first glance. He has a fairly new Instagram account and has shared fan art of a handful of female creators. Chloe was the first.
Hise shared this rather unflattering fan art and tagged the DissociaDID account which initially caught my attention. This artwork was accompanied by a poem titled Cinnamon & Honey. He claimed that the poem was inspired by the colors in the artwork - though we are aware of Chloe's current attachment to the Nin/Ninamon handle. It is not a stretch to assume that Cinnamon is a reference to Chloe as Nin.
One particular tag used in this post interested me - kaizen. This is a Japanese term that vaguely means 'change for better' and is used most commonly in business or life-coaching circles. This is the only post in which Cam has used the kaizen hashtag. I recall there was some speculation as to whether Chloe and Nan deliberately selected NanNin as their 'ship' name - it roughly translates to 'many people' or something similar in Japanese. Chloe's decision to change her name to Nin to match Nan was undoubtedly deliberate but I think it is probably a stretch to assume that there is any significance in the use of the kaizen hashtag by Cam. I merely thought it worth noting, as Chloe has allegedly been interested in hiding significance in similar words. To me, this indicates that Cam may be aware of her interest in hidden meanings whether through exposure to her as a rather dedicated fan, or through personal interaction. It is, admittedly, a reach.
I looked up Cam Hise elsewhere and found a very new Facebook account. On this account, Cam has shared very little - the artwork of Chloe and the Cinnamon & Honey poem feature on his page, whilst artwork of other female creators does not. Cam has also made a donation to Chloe's birthday fundraiser for a suicide prevention charity. This fundraiser was launched on Chloe's personal Facebook account. However, it does appear that those who have donated have a personal connection to Chloe. Other donations do not appear to come from fans, and it seems that Chloe has personally invited over 100 people to donate.

I believe that account is private, hence the inability to find the original Tweets, but this is all fairly standard for Remy. The man is a charlatan and as much of a fantasist as his patients.
He does appear on the ISSTD Fellows list and a description on the Pottergate website describes him as a Former Director of ISSTD.

Essentially, ISSTD propagates conspiracy theories particularly in relation to mind control, The Illuminati, and SRA. ISSTD established the Ritual Abuse Mind Control Organized Abuse Special Interest Group, which aims to explore and validate claims of ritualistic abuse and mind control. These supposed mental health professionals sincerely believe in these outdated and disproved conspiracy theories and continue to rely on practices like hypnosis to uncover repressed memories. Much of this practice would not be out of place in the Satanic Panic era of psychology. We've covered false memory and doctor induced MPD/DID earlier in thread, so I'll leave you with this fairly interesting read by an individual who attended the 2018 ISSTD Conference.
Suffice to say, ISSTD is a dubious organisation, and Remy has been an integral member.
Remy has also openly supported a confirmed fantasist by the name of Carl Beech. Beech claimed that he had suffered ritualistic abuse at the hands of an organised group of pedophiles in the United Kingdom. In spite of these allegations being thoroughly disproved, Remy insisted that society should listen to liars and fantasists.
Beech was never abused. He was, himself, a pedophile who consumed and produced child pornography whilst working directly with children. He claimed that as a child, he witnessed the sexual abuse, torture, and murder of various other children at the hands of an organised group of pedophiles across the UK. This was all proved to be a fantasy. Beech is currently serving a prison sentence as a result of these lies. This is a man Remy has chosen to speak out on behalf of.

Yikes. I feel like putting your name to a letter endorsing Carl Beech is a good bit worse than being on the record as trying to diagnose a fictional character portrayed by Anna Friel.
I feel like there’s more results in Google for him now than the last time I looked but it seems like patients becoming advocates a la Chloe are a thing for good old Rémy. They get to speak at the same conferences and put out DVDs.
