Yeah from what little of your snipe I watched, he seemed like a nice guy to be around even if he does sell some hokum (although I've never looked into his products to know if they're reasonably legit or not). Again from what little I caught, his advice on diet and exercise was sound and easily applicable. He wasn't encouraging crash, paleo, or keto diets as some kind of panacea as far as I could tell, which immediately increases his legitimacy in my eyes.

Yeah, he definitely gave solid advice & really does seem like a nice guy. Very friendly & genuine, I'd say. A little bit of a meathead, but not like a lot of jockstrap MAXIMUM GAINZ douchebros out there.

Looks like a couple different online vendors carry his protein bars, & they've gotten rave reviews. Color me impressed.

Little lore on him, if it is who I think it is. He recently has been trying to drive drama with Chris(?) Cuomo (the one who works for CNN I get them mixed up) because he was "working out" with a gag 100lb weight in a joke video by doing shoulder presses with it while typing at his desk with the other hand. I've been trying to figure out what's up with that, too. My best guess is that he's slightly higher up on the food chain in terms of clout, & that having a recurring lefty guest on the show "legitimizes" it by not making it an entirely fringe Alt-Right podcast. It edges Ralph half an inch closer to "mainstream podcast."

Just putting it out there it's likely Mr. Vikers will be back on twitter within a week because Ralph cannot stop pissing that man off.

I was thinking about that as well. We know Ralph must have heard the news by now (hi Ralph) & you know he can never resist some pre- & post-stream gloating.

The only exercise Ralph gets regularly is jumping at the chance to kick a man while he's down.
