Not only does Trump get another pick but we get to watch the entire Democrat party make hypocrites out of themselves(yet again) by trying to claim Trump should not get a pick in an election year.

That would also make the Republicans hypocrites since they were the ones REEEEEEEEEEEEing about not nominating a pick in an election year

The correct move is to nominate and confirm immediately. Immediately.

Never give the left an inch, ever.

For me, it's not about owning the Left. I want Trump re-elected, and I want this issue less fresh in the minds of Biden's potential voters. I want fewer of them to show up. I don't want them motivated. If the GOP keeps the Senate, Trump can nominate someone after the election no matter what, and McConnell can move on it when he wants.

Are you implying that the Democrat party isn't also a party that exists solely to benefit the wealthy?
They are, but RBG has consistently upheld the constitutionality of campaign finance reform laws as do most Democrats. I don't worship her, but she and the democrats are unquestionably better on that front.

But that's exactly it.

If Trump confirms the SCOTUS justice now, they have fully lost. Their motivation will be utterly destroyed.

And what exactly do you plan on doing about it lardo? Mitch the Knife waits for nobody.

Edit: Also, am I reading her quote right that if Trump wins in November, she would want us to wait until 2025 to replace her? Or does Trump's second term technically count as a new presidency?
