I'm sick of Roe v Wade being used as a scare tactic to keep Republicans off judge seats. Whether it gets overturned or left alone (which is the most likely thing since Kavanaugh was supposed to be the big bully to remove it but didn't do jackshit) people are still going to sex each other, get pregnant and do something with the baby. Prohibition didn't stop us from boozing and Roe v Wade won't stop us from playing God.
i personally don't care, have the baby or don't. just don't treat it as the greatest thing or the worst thing that no one else understands.

It was a Trump nominee (who was a literal roof Korean in 1992) that wrote the majority opinion on the magazine ban appeal in the 9th Circuit. Not to take anything away from Benitez who wrote the original ruling and was a Bush nominee but this is why regardless of how Trump himself might be on 2A it's vital he gets another term and keeps nominating judges.
