I'm not American, and I'm too much of a zoomer to really know much about Ginsberg, except for that she was a #YassQueenSlaaaay type of Twitter idol. Can anyone give me a brief rundown of some of the major things she did, so I can greater soak up the salt from the left?

Very consistently left-wing justice who has been on the Supreme Court since 1993. Some highlights include authoring a dissent against a 5-4 decision that upheld restrictions on partial birth abortion, vocal advocacy on gender discrimination cases, and arguably breaking from SCOTUS protocol on impartiality by criticizing Trump during the 2016 election.

A lot of the cult appeal among the Twitterati who have probably never read a SCOTUS decision is simply that she refused to retire and let Trump appoint her replacement, despite her long-running health issues including cancer.

Hypothetically, what would Biden/Harris do in January if they got inaugurated and saw a court 6-3 against them? Stacking the court is highly illegal, after all

The Dems have been making noises about adding Justices to the court so that they could then fill the new seats and steal back the majority for awhile now, and it's not the first time they've tried it. Most likely they'd make a lot of noise about it that they'd know would never go anywhere.

When was the last time Red Blue Green was seen in public? I know there were conspiracies that she's been dead for months, and it seems awfully suspicious that her death was reported on a Friday night with a month and a half until the election. I'm watching Tucker Carlson right now and he said apparently from her granddaughter, her last words were "I don't want this President replacing me". That seems like a weird last statement. Like if someone said Jeffery Epstein's last words were, "I'm totally not committing suicide right now".

This election is going to be fucked.

*Edit: I fucked up my own joke.
It is consistent with her surviving this long out of pure spite. Maybe that's the narrative they're going with, maybe it's actually true.

Susan Collins is up for reelection this year, she needs to bring her voters a reason to reelect her.
And in Maine, pushing through a Supreme Court nominee ain't it, which is why the Senate vote needs to happen after the election and before the inauguration.

Reactions: Not Really Here
It's going to be the same shit as twitter. Some variation of;

"fuck trump"
"fuck conservatives"
"let's riot"
"shut it all down"
"should go to next president"
etc.
The best part is that if it happens... nothign really will change since it's been happening for months now, they played all their cards already and they suck at the game.

Hmmm the usual suspects are already promising to burn America to the ground unless Trump waits to fill the seat.

How is that not being condemned by all of the MSM, do as we say or else we will get violent and start destroying cities. So now it's ok to use threats of rioting and violence to get your way politically?

The Democrats are such fucking hypocrites it actually disgusts me.

Man, fuck Romney. Like McCain, he's just doing things to spite Trump, and that's not what you were elected to do. If you hate Trump so much, just switch to Democrat. I hate neocons anyway, so just fuck off already.
He's only Republican because his Mormon brothers and sisters are Republican. Once Utah goes blue, :optimistic: I know but I think might happen this decade, then he'll come out of the dem closet.

This is super important tonight. They're all livetweeting with no filter. When they get their marching orders from Pelosi in the next few hours they're going to DFE.
Archive.is is pretty busy tonight, but I'm trying.
