CS ingestion is super rare because why do that, but there was a case of 7 people drinking a juice contaminated with CS, similar to what this guy is doing. He should expect some burning in his mouth, followed by some intestinal problems later on as the road from mouth to ass gets irritated, he'll probably be oozing out some lava later.

He can also get some organ damage, but it really depends on the dose, he probably won't get any clinically significant damage in the long run if he really did try to clean the can out.

CS can cause some really bad damage to the lungs, heart and liver if you end up trapped with the stuff, or try to hotbox it, but drinking it becomes more of a problem for the digestive organs, and his dose is probably pretty small.
