From what I understand, it's just banned in the App Store for people using US IPs. You could still access it from the website or use a alternate app store like Fdroid. Kids searching ways to access Tiktok after the ban will learn more about using the internet.
Hopefully some smart people working for Tiktok will put up an "unofficial" page with good SEO keyphrases kids will use, with instructions on how to bypass the ban. A good worded Reddit post could even do the job.

Depends on the Christian denomination. For most Protestants a dead baby is a free ticket to heaven. Even Catholics don't have an official stance on where unbaptized babies go anymore, since they've disavowed insisting on both Limbo and Purgatory. They've walked it back to, "We don't know, it's in God's merciful hands."
The only thing the Bible has to say on explicitly it is an Old Testament story where King David expects to be with his dead baby son eventually.
