Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died at 87. - 🦀

I still cant believe this is fucking real. How the fuck are the mood, the setting, the music, the words all perfectly synched together seconds before he finds out? Compared to Bidens statement, Trump didnt even have to fucking try. I posted it once and I'll post it again.

That's not even a real thing, some random retard on twitter posted it and circlejerkers believed it. The only religious significance from this is that her soul will have a day of rest before subjecting her to the most painful soul searing suffering for her actions enabling mass murder of the defenseless.

At my Catholic school we were told they all go with Mary. But maybe that's what they tell 1st graders who could be horrified to hear that dead unbaptized babies don't go to Heaven.
Paragraph 1261 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church:

1261 As regards children who have died without Baptism, the Church can only entrust them to the mercy of God, as she does in her funeral rites for them. Indeed, the great mercy of God who desires that all men should be saved, and Jesus' tenderness toward children which caused him to say: "Let the children come to me, do not hinder them," allow us to hope that there is a way of salvation for children who have died without Baptism. All the more urgent is the Church's call not to prevent little children coming to Christ through the gift of holy Baptism.

I would absolutely expect a replacement to be confirmed before the election. Another Bush v Gore situation might happen and in that case having a full court is essential.

Democrats will threaten court-packing over it like they did in FDR's day. Whether they will succeed is another matter.
It goes a bit deeper than that, too. If the SCOTUS is deadlocked at 4-4, any ties will affirm the appellate court's decisions, which is why having an uneven number of Justices is so important. A deadlock means that whatever decision the lesser courts ruled becomes upheld, since the Supreme Court can't effectively rule one way or the other, even if you have two courts that wind up making completely juxtaposed rulings.

Even beyond the upcoming election, that situation could be disastrous. The fact that the upcoming election is undoubtedly going to be disputed only makes it that much more pressing that the vacancy is filled as quickly as possible. If we have an election where the Supreme Court can't definitively side one way or the other on the rulings pertaining to the results of the election, I'm... Not exactly sure what happens.

The title is certainly real. The whole linking her to being a Tzaddeket (because the words are gendered) because she died on one particular day is complete bupkiss though.

Kvetch, they can't even get their bullshit right to try and raise her on a pedastal.

Also, Jewish law is relatively clear, if its still inside and unborn, it doesn't count. Embryos and fetuses are simply not considered people but apendages of the mother.

So most abortion law in the West is written jewishly.

L'Chiam!

Man it's not like there are pills, or condoms that can be used to stop pregnancy, it's not like their is something you can get an operation for that prevents it, it's not like you can just not fuck. I mean I get not wanting to have a kid, caring for something other than yourself is hard, but come on acting like their isn't a plethora of options out there to kill the thing before the first trimester is just childish.
I don't want to sound like a dick, but is there something wrong with just wanting to kill babies?

There is no "in the event of my death, you have to reserve my seat" clause in the U.S. Constitution for deceased Justices. You don't get to use your own death to dictate the direction of this country, and frankly I find it disgusting that Ginsberg left this world issuing a statement that she knew would cause more political upheaval. People are going to be hurt or even killed as a result of her "dying wish."

She could have said anything, anything in the world, and she chose to die sowing more political division and partisanship. There is nothing commendable about that, and there is no merit or reason in following her wishes. Elections have consequences.

True, this from Gary Kasparov:

"When one group fights for power at all costs vs a group fighting for the rule of law, the second group had damned well better mobilize while it still can, because it only gets harder. Trust me on this one."

(For the retards in our audience, the first group is Antifa/BLM/Dems/morons, but I repeat myself.)
