Hell, he doesn’t even take on idiots on the pro-BLM like the protesters who defaced the statues of Matthias Baldwin, Ulysses S. It is something I think is all the more concerning, that the amount of time they spend ass-kissing their favorite political influencer and their ideology, could have been spent learning something productive or even go to local organizations that would give them a much more fulfilled social experience than they will ever get online.

At this point, the people that only have few political beliefs because "I just want the world to be a better place", is more trustworthy than anyone having any political beliefs because they have done research "online".

Compared to the FaradaySpeaks & Xanderhal types, they all more or less parrot the same script, give their life story; in Xanderhals case it's having mommy issues, FaradaySpeaks case it's love for science and logic (yet there's a severe lack of videos containing either), yet neither of them ever give any concrete points of political beliefs beyond shallow statements like "I started to believe feminists were evil".
It could all be true, but that doesn't make their case of a "pipeline" nor that they were that radicalized, hold any water.

As you say, they either are autistic and or emotionally vulnerable and are drawn to non-sense by sheer loneliness or they simply lie for "the greater good" of their ideology.

Since changing your political beliefs, just like cults usually take years, even then it's not a complete switch, you tend to have some old policies or principles you stand by, or at least you draw the line much earlier than others towards your current political ideology.

Binge-watching some political content on youtube and conveniently mentioning Destiny debates (since with his history of debates you can easily frame Destiny's debates to boost the current political ideology you believe in) as the primary factor for making you leave your old ideology is just absurd.

True, but vaporwave was also really popular on the chans back in the early 2010's and you had the whole "Fashwave" aesthetic too. A lot of the "anti-capitalist" views were meant to be more ironic tongue-in-cheek mockery of the flagrant consumerism of the 80's and 90's as opposed to some grand socialist or Marxist screed.

The few early artists in the vaporwave genre who were genuine commies/anti-capitalists were usually total spergs who slowly left the genre after the initial hype over Floral Shoppe died out.

Once again, BreadTube hijacked vaporwave partly due to missing the point because "everything is political" and so they could "trigger the chuds, own the chuds"
