IMHO, I think she lies about hearing voices or simply thinks her own thoughts are voices from characters she likes. She's not schizo, not even schizoaffective. Autism? Sure, put her in. But Schizophrenia? Nah. She's too high functioning and manipulative to be one.
I'm not saying schizos can't be functional, but not in the way she is. Also most unmedicated schizos are too immersed into their own fantasy world to be able to engage in slapfights online all day. And the ones who are medicated are dull husks with no will to do anything.

I have a friend who has schizophrenia for a long time before being therapy and actually drop down the voice thing.
He talked about the color of the soul rather than the voices since then... but i don't talk with him from years, so probably he doing fine.
So yeah, Manda is faking it to victim points; and she's desilusional rather having a real mental problem. The pedo environment is another thing.
