Okay, for starters, there is no "50th and Telegraph." There is a 49th & Telegraph, a 51st & Telegraph, but no 50th. 50th street ends a block away. Secondly, while CHiPS might respond, they wouldn't be conducting any interviews because it's outside of their jurisdiction. I'm hesitant to even say that they would respond, because I have to call police for people all the time and if it's not on the highway they are not going to assist. For a shooting, I don't know.

Third, I've got the number for OPD and will be calling them shortly to confirm.
