Phil is kind of an interesting combination of both. He cherry picks the posts he wants to get sympathy points, but now he is trying to get us to say really crazy stuff in order to get more asspats.

Okay, for starters, there is no "50th and Telegraph." There is a 49th & Telegraph, a 51st & Telegraph, but no 50th. 50th street ends a block away. Secondly, while CHiPS might respond, they wouldn't be conducting any interviews because it's outside of their jurisdiction. I'm hesitant to even say that they would respond, because I have to call police for people all the time and if it's not on the highway they are not going to assist. For a shooting, I don't know.
